1、 Introduction of the project leader
Dr. Qiao Aijun is a researcher, doctoral supervisor, and project leader at Zhongshan Institute of Drug Innovation, Zhongke. Graduated with a PhD from the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences; Peking Union Medical College (Tsinghua University Medical Department) served as assistant professor of Department of Biotechnology and diabetes Research Center of University of Alabama Birmingham before returning to China. Dr. Qiao has long been committed to exploring new molecules and network pathways that regulate glucose and lipid metabolism, and exploring their role in the development of metabolic diseases and cardiovascular diseases such as type 2 diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver, obesity, atherosclerosis, etc., providing innovative ideas and experimental basis for new drug development and treatment programs. At present, 24 SCI papers have been published (including 10 as first author or corresponding author), and one monograph has been published (co edited); One of the works or corresponding author articles was published in Circulation Research (revised to be published soon), Nature Communications,Hepatology,The Journal of Cell Biology,The FASEB Journal,International Journal of Molecular Sciences,Journal of American Heart Association Wait; Published articles as collaborators in journals such as Journal of Hepatology, The Journal of Extracellular Vesicles, Diabetologia, Cardiovascular Research, Theranos, etc. The article published in The Journal of Cell Biology was selected as a highlight of the current issue and a review article was published at the same time. The article published in The FASEB Journal was quickly recommended by experts in the field of metabolism to Faculty 1000. As a PI, I have led one independent fund of the American Heart Association (AHA) and applied for one patent. I am currently leading one general project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Received the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award from Peking Union Medical College in 2011 and was recommended by the institution to apply for the National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award (a total of three papers), as well as the Excellent Master's Dissertation Award from Xinjiang Autonomous Region in 2007. At present, he serves as a review expert of AHA Foundation, the U.S. diabetes Center Exploration Fund and the Austrian National Science Foundation Foundation, as well as editorial board members of PLOS ONE, Front. 3、 Recruitment Information
(1) Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently choose research topics in the laboratory, design experiments and report work, and ultimately summarize and publish scientific research papers

1. Have obtained a doctoral degree in cell biology, molecular biology, biology, or medicine, or can obtain a doctoral degree before employment, aged 35 years or younger, physically and mentally healthy, and can engage in full-time postdoctoral research work
2. Publish 1-2 or more influential SCI research papers as a first author, with good English reading and writing skills
3. Passionate about scientific research, strong subjective initiative, strong independent research ability, good at thinking and solving problems, team spirit, and strong interest in scientific research in the relevant fields of our research group
4. Have a solid foundation in molecular biology, cell biology, and animal experiments; Those with fatty liver, diabetes, obesity, atherosclerosis and other metabolic diseases, cardiovascular diseases or bioinformatics research background are preferred
(3) Salary and benefits:
1. Regarding salary
During the postdoctoral period, the annual pre tax amount is 360000 to 42000 yuan (including salary and government subsidies)
2. Subsidies
Postdoctoral fellows can apply for government work funding of 100000 yuan/year and living allowances of 200000 yuan/year (with a funding period of 2 years) while in the station. Postdoctoral fellows who work in Zhongshan City after leaving the station and are not over 45 years old are entitled to a living allowance of 200000 yuan and a housing subsidy; Those who are imported from overseas and work in our city after leaving the station can receive an additional living allowance of 100000 yuan. Introducing doctoral graduates from top 200 universities globally recognized by the industry to work as postdoctoral fellows in Guangdong, they are entitled to an annual living allowance of 300000 yuan (with a funding period of 2 years) upon entry, and a housing subsidy of 400000 yuan upon exit to work in Guangdong Province
3. Project Support
(1) Qualified candidates are eligible to apply for various projects under the National Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program (with a two-year budget of 640000 yuan), the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, as well as national, provincial, and municipal science and technology projects and postdoctoral funding projects
