You will be engaged in the analysis and separation of small molecule new drugs; Mainly engaged in the development, validation, separation, and purification of analytical methods through the use of analytical instruments and equipment for testing; Simultaneously participate in the construction and optimization of innovative pure platforms for small molecule drugs, as well as impurity analysis and identification work; Have the opportunity to access existing advanced technology platforms and lead new trends in drug discovery; There is an opportunity to have face-to-face communication and learning with pharmaceutical experts from multinational pharmaceutical companies
You will be engaged in the analysis and separation of small-molecule drugs, primarily focusing on testing by using analytical instruments, method development, validation, separation and purification. Simultaneously participate in the construction and optimization of innovative pure platforms for small molecule drugs, as well as impurity analysis and identification work. This role provides an opportunity to work with advanced technology platforms and lead the pharmaceutical discovery trends. You will also have the chance to engage in face-to-face exchanges with pharmaceutical experts from multinational companies.

Using various separation techniques such as Prep HPLC to purify mixtures provided by Medicinal Chemistry, Synthetic Chemistry, and Library
Provide professional and rapid chiral analysis and separation services using methods such as HPLC or SFC
Using various analytical methods (such as HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, GC, GCMS, IC, ICP-MS, HR-MS, etc.) to provide objective, accurate, timely, and effective analytical data for Medicinal Chemistry, Synthetic Chemistry, and Discovery Process Chemistry
By using commonly used structural identification methods such as IR, HR-MS, NMR, etc., the target product and impurities can be structurally analyzed and identified
Understand the basic maintenance of instruments, regularly perform instrument maintenance, and troubleshoot minor issues
Capable of timely summarizing work and completing experimental research reports according to company requirements
Purify crude sample from Medicinal Chemistry, Synthetic Chemistry, and Library using various purification techniques such as Prep-HPLC.
Provide professional and rapid chiral analysis and separation services using multiple techniques such as HPLC or SFC.
Utilize various analytical methods such as HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, IC, ICP-MS, HR-MS, etc., to provide objective, accurate, and timely analysis data for Medicinal Chemistry, Synthetic Chemistry, and Discovery Process Chemistry.
Be capable of conducting structural analysis and identification of the target product and impurities with commonly used structural identification methods (IR, HR-MS, NMR etc.).
Understand basic instrument maintenance, perform regular instrument maintenance, and conduct trouble shooting for minor issues.
Conduct and complete experimental research reports in a timely manner according to company requirements.

Doctoral degree in analytical chemistry, pharmacy, or related fields, with a solid foundation in analytical chemistry and organic chemistry, CET-6;
Proficient in using instruments such as Prep HPLC, Flash, LCMS, etc
Familiar with commonly used structural identification methods such as IR, HR-MS, NMR, etc
Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit
Having a strong foundation in English
Comply with corresponding safety regulations and systems
Can adapt to a fast work pace and withstand strong work pressure
Possess a Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field, with a strong foundation in analytical chemistry and organic chemistry, CET-6.
Familiar with commonly used structural identification methods such as IR, HR-MS, H-NMR, etc;
Demonstrate proficiency in operating instruments such as Prep-HPLC, Flash, LCMS, and other relevant equipment;
Exhibit excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to effectively interact with colleagues and contribute to a team environment;
Have good English skills to support effective communication and presentation of scientific information;
Adhere to relevant safety regulations and protocols in order to maintain a safe working environment;
Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have the ability work under high pressure.
