1. Wu Zhiyu is a young researcher and doctoral supervisor of Beijing Institute of Nano Energy and Systems, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He received a bachelor's degree from Chongqing University in 2008 and a doctor's degree from Chongqing University in 2013. He was engaged in research work at Chongqing University of Technology, and went to the research group of Academician Wang Zhonglin of Georgia University of Technology from November 2017 to June 2019. He joined the Beijing Institute of Nano Energy and Systems of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in December 2019. A laboratory for intelligent sensing and systems has been established. He is mainly engaged in the research of nano-generators and self-driven micro-systems, and carries out their application research in the fields of Internet of Things, biomedical, robotics, information security, smart city, etc. The specific research directions include micro-nano energy and self-driven sensing, emerging medical devices and applications, and intelligent sensing and driving of robots. As a new carrier, the function of robot tactile sensor should not only stay in the imitation of human tactile function, but also expand the new functions that human tactile can not reach for the robot tactile sensing system by incorporating new principles and technical means, so as to realize the transcendence of human tactile function. As the key research direction of the research group, aiming at the difference of contact electrification of different materials, through customizing the friction nano-sensor array and relying on machine learning, the precise identification function of tactile sensing in different temperature, humidity and other open environments has been expanded, and the related research results have been published in Advanced Materials._x000D_
2. Emerging medical devices and applications_x000D_
As a novel high-voltage power supply and flexible self-driven sensing, the research group is committed to the research of implantable sensing, wearable devices and miniaturized medical devices and devices. At present, intelligent sensing and application research are being carried out for urinary and digestive systems, as well as electrical stimulation medical application research as a combination of high-voltage power supply and traditional acupuncture. The work shown in the figure is to promote the rehabilitation of spinal injury through electrical stimulation of Dazhui and Mingmen acupoints, and the related research results were published in Materials Today._x000D_
3. Intelligent input device for information security_x000D_
The friction nano power generation intelligent input device is an intelligent input device developed to meet the development needs of the information age by combining traditional input devices such as keyboards and touch screens with friction nano power generation technology, aiming at the biological characteristics contained in keystroke dynamics, which can not only provide high-level information security protection, but also effectively monitor the information input status. It has the technical advantages of source-level information security protection, comprehensive information security protection, universal integration and intelligent development. Under the leadership of Academician Wang Zhonglin, the team has started the research of intelligent input equipment since the birth of the friction nano-generator, and has come all the way from principle verification, function verification, performance testing and sample development, and is now in the process of industrialization and application.
