In the historical period of vigorously developing the semiconductor industry in the country, in order to cultivate high-end chip engineering talents in the RF and millimeter wave directions, and to leverage the advantages of industry university research cooperation, the School of Microelectronics at Fudan University and Shanghai Anqiwei Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. have cooperated to jointly cultivate postdoctoral talents with the goal of chip mass production and application. The brochure is as follows:
1、 Research content and direction (multiple options)
(1) Research on the design of RF and millimeter wave integrated circuits for 5G and satellite communication, including the overall architecture of chip circuits, as well as the modeling, design, simulation, layout, chip fabrication, and verification of circuits
(2) Advanced packaging and testing technology for millimeter wave chips, with mass production as the goal, controlling project progress, writing detailed design documents, and implementing a complete R&D project management process
(3) Research, design, validation, and demonstration of millimeter wave phased array systems
2、 Recruitment requirements:
(1) Fresh doctoral students who have obtained or are about to obtain a doctoral degree in electronics/microelectronics and other related fields both domestically and internationally, and are under the age of 35, are eligible to conduct postdoctoral research on this site after work
(2) Having a background in microelectronics, electronic engineering, communication engineering, electromagnetic fields, and microwave related fields
(3) Priority consideration will be given to those who have published 2 or more high-quality academic papers in the relevant field as the first author or corresponding author
(4) Priority will be given to those with research experience in integrated circuit design, wireless communication, and other related fields
(5) Having the ability to independently conduct scientific research, having a pursuit and research spirit towards academia, and having a team spirit of cooperation
3、 Postdoctoral treatment:
(1) After postdoctoral researchers enter the station, their pre tax total salary subsidy shall not be less than 400000 RMB
(2) The postdoctoral research work implements a dual supervisor system, with Anqiwei and Fudan University designating one supervisor for each postdoctoral researcher to be responsible for guiding their research projects during their tenure
(3) Assist outstanding postdoctoral fellows in applying for special support such as the national/Shanghai/school "Super Plan", and encourage postdoctoral fellows to apply for projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China
(4) Postdoctoral apartments and children's enrollment shall be implemented in accordance with relevant policies of Fudan University. Outstanding postdoctoral fellows who leave the station may be given priority to stay on campus for work, or they may stay at Anqiwei for employment
(5) Anqiwei and Fudan School of Microelectronics will provide necessary research conditions, fixed office space, and comfortable working environment for postdoctoral fellows

Introduction to Mentor and Research Group at the School of Microelectronics, Fudan University
Min Hao, Professor. From 1995 to 1998, as a visiting associate professor, I conducted research on CMOS image sensors in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University in the United States, while also serving as a consultant for multiple integrated circuit design companies in Silicon Valley. From 1998 to 2005, he served as the director of the State Key Laboratory of ASIC and Systems of Fudan University. Formerly served as a member of the National 863 Expert Group and the Expert Group for Major Nuclear High Tech Projects. The current Vice Dean of the School of Microelectronics at Fudan University and Director of the AUTO-ID Laboratory at Fudan University. From 1998 to March 2006, concurrently served as the General Manager of Shanghai Huahong Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. The * * * contactless smart card chip hosted and completed during this period has been successfully applied to the Shanghai public transportation one card system, and the design of the national second-generation ID card chip has also been completed. The professor's research group has been committed to the research of wireless communication RF analog millimeter wave chips for many years, and has undertaken and participated in many domestic and foreign related projects such as the National Major Project, the National 863 Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the European Union Sixth Framework Program. The project team has conducted in-depth research on relevant chips for applications such as RFID, GSM/TD personal wireless communication, millimeter wave radar, and the Internet of Things, accumulating rich design and testing experience. The research group is the first unit in China to conduct research on radio frequency identification technology, and is also one of the seven AUTO-ID laboratories internationally. They were the first to design and complete ultra-high frequency radio frequency identification tag chips and reader/writer chips in China. The research group has published multiple papers in internationally renowned SCI journals and conferences such as IEEE TCAS-I/TMTT/JSSC, IEEE ISSCC/RFIC/ICC/IWS/ISCAS
