Job Description:
Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the pipeline development of the company as the project leader, be responsible for the connection and communication between the upstream and downstream of the project, and ensure the smooth progress of the project;
2. Be responsible for the research and development of immune double antibodies, including target research, mechanism of action research, drug property research, etc., and assist in promoting the clinical application and early clinical transformation research of related products, and be responsible for the recording and writing of relevant documents; 3. Participate in the project investigation, formulate the scientific scheme and experimental design of the project, and provide scientific support and suggestions;
4. Be responsible for R & D objectives and routes, formulate specific plans to achieve the objectives; formulate the timetable and budget of R & D projects, monitor the progress of projects and ensure timely completion;
5. Report the project progress and problems in time, propose solutions and implement them; keep track of the latest developments in the industry and scientific research progress, and maintain the leading position in technology;
6. Have good communication skills, good thinking logic, organizational team building and personnel training.
Requirements: 1. Master's degree or above in immunology, biomedicine, life science or related majors, doctor's degree is preferred; 2. More than 5 years of work experience, familiar with the research and development process of immune double-antibody drugs;
3. Have solid knowledge of immunology, be familiar with relevant experimental techniques, and have experience in research and development projects of immune double-antibody drugs; 4. Have good communication skills and written expression skills; have a good sense of responsibility and team spirit;
5. Good English reading and writing skills, able to write and read relevant scientific research literature;
6. Have innovative spirit and problem-solving ability, and be able to cope with complex scientific research challenges.
