Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the department head in managing the preclinical research department
2. Lead the biological team to conduct research and analysis on potential targets in related fields, initiate projects, promote early screening projects with high efficiency and quality, and build an innovative drug research and development pipeline
3. Lead the team to regularly review the latest research progress and clinical needs in the field of related diseases, as well as the latest technological or platform research progress
4. Provide key constructive guidance on cell line construction, in vitro biological activity method development and validation (enzyme activity, receptor binding, and cell activity methods, etc.), and target action mechanism research
5. Participate in and support the research, construction, and evaluation of in vitro and in vivo pharmacological efficacy models for ongoing or established projects
6. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors
Qualifications for the position:
1. Major in biology, medicine, pharmacology or other biological related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in drug development in the industrial sector
2. Experience in projects related to tumors/autoimmune/metabolic diseases, with work experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies or well-known local pharmaceutical companies preferred
3. Passionate, responsible, meticulous in work, good at communication, and possess a strong team spirit
4. Good English listening, speaking, and reading skills, as well as rich information retrieval abilities such as literature, patents, and databases
