Job Description:
This role is a subject matter expert of NMR who is in charge of NMR analysis activities supporting medicinal chemistry and drug development projects of drug substances and drug products including planning and performing NMR structure analysis and QNMR test of active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates, starting materials, impurities, and degradation products in drug substance and drug products, as well as writing and reviewing NMR reports and submission documents.
The role is an NMR specialist responsible for supporting NMR analysis in medicinal chemistry and drug substance and drug product development projects, including planning and executing NMR structural analysis and quantitative NMR testing of drug substances, intermediates, starting materials, impurities and degradation products in drug substance and drug product, as well as writing and reviewing NMR analysis reports and pharmaceutical declaration documents.
Roles & Responsibility Main responsibilities
Plan and perform NMR structure analysis and QNMR test to plan and perform NMR structural analysis and quantitative NMR testing
Operation of Brook 400 MHz NMR Spectrometer with Operate NMR instrument;
Elucidate NMR spectra and confirm chemical structures of active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates, starting materials, impurities, And degradation products in drug substance and drug product Resolve NMR spectra and confirm chemical structure of drug substance, intermediates, starting materials, impurities, and degradation products
Routine maintain NMR facility to ensure its readiness for analysis all the time regularly maintain the NMR equipment to ensure that it is ready for analysis and testing
Write or review NMR technical reports and related new drug submission documents and responses Write or review NMR technical reports and related new drug pharmaceutical application documents and reply to pharmaceutical questions.
The Contribute to the establishment of department SOPs and work instructions assists in establishing departmental standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Ensure all NMR lab processes are adhering to relevant safety and regulatory requirements, The company policies and SOPs ensures that all NMR laboratory procedures comply with applicable safety and regulatory requirements, company policies, and standard operating procedure
Work collaboratively with internal medicinal chemists, drug development scientists, and external CRDMO partners to drive continuous improvement of productivity
Work closely with internal pharmaceutical chemists, pharmaceutical development scientists, and external partners to drive continuous improvement in R & D efficiency
The Monitor ARD KPIs and drive improvements monitors and analyzes the key performance indicators of the R & D department and drives improvement.

Job Requirement
Education:
Chemistry with a major in NMR, or related Discipline
Major in chemistry is nuclear magnetic resonance or related discipline.
Experience:
Ph. D. With 3 + years, or M. S. With 5 + 3 years of PhD in years of relevant experiences., or Master with 5 + years of related experience
Special Skills/Abilities:
? Expert in NMR knowledge, instrument, and sample analysis
? Experience with Bruker NMR is a plus Experience with Bruker 400 mHz NMR machine is preferred
? Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to appropriately communicate information to cross Functional stakeholders and suppliers Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriate information across functional areas and suppliers
? Excellent problem-solving skills
? Good knowledge of lab safety guidelines
? Proficiency in Chinese and written English proficient in spoken and written Chinese and written English.
