Job responsibilities
I. Combing the Scientific Logical Framework
1. Deeply study all kinds of products of the group, analyze their technical principles, composition and mechanism of action, and sort out a clear, accurate and complete scientific logical framework;
2. Track the frontier scientific research results and technological development trends of the industry, and timely integrate relevant information into the optimization and updating of the logical framework of product science to ensure its scientificity and foresight.
II. Product System Design
1. Based on the in-depth understanding of product science logic, combined with market demand, competitive situation and the company's strategic objectives, design an innovative and competitive overall product system;
2. Formulate the product planning roadmap, clarify the key nodes such as R & D direction, functional features and time to market of products at all stages, and ensure the orderly promotion and sustainable development of the product system.
III. Scientific Endorsement
1. Collect, collate and analyze scientific data and research reports related to products to provide solid theoretical basis and empirical support for the scientificity of products;
2. Work closely with R & D and marketing departments to participate in key links in the product R & D process to ensure that products conform to scientific norms and quality standards from design to production;
3. Communicate with scientific research institutions, experts and scholars on behalf of the company, cooperate in scientific research projects or academic research, enhance the recognition and authority of the company's products in the scientific community, and further endorse the scientificity of the products.

Qualifications
1. Master's degree or above (doctor's degree is preferred), major in life science, medicine, pharmacy, etc;
2. More than 5 years of experience in scientific research and product development in scientific research institutions, R & D departments of enterprises or related fields, and successful experience in product R & D or scientific system construction projects are preferred;
3. Have excellent logical thinking ability and system analysis ability, can quickly understand and grasp complex scientific problems, and transform them into clear product scientific logic and architecture;
4. Good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, able to work efficiently with cross-departmental teams to promote the construction and implementation of product science system;
