Job description:
1. Responsible for the early preclinical project promotion of the innovative ADC project (from target discovery approval to preclinical candidate antibody determination, project management for subsequent IND stage research, coordination of preclinical and CMC resources to complete the required research for IND application, and biomarker exploration research)
2. Responsible for grasping the direction of antibody drug research projects; Evaluate the selection of targets and project initiation in the project; The entire process of new drug development, from the discovery and optimization of antibodies and ADC molecules to the determination of preclinical candidate antibodies
3. Design ADC candidate molecule PCC characterization and IND stage development plan, biomarker validation and preclinical research plan, and actually promote the connection between the project and clinical translational research
4. Pay attention to industry research and development trends, and conduct research on drug targets through literature review, competitor analysis, etc; Optimize drug molecule design based on database, target information, and oncological characteristics
5. Participate in the evaluation and verification of external cooperation/introduction projects, and efficiently coordinate internal and external resources of the East China ecosystem to ensure the smooth progress of projects
Job requirements:
1. Major in biology, cell biology, tumor biology, basic medicine, or translational medicine, with a doctoral degree preferred. Candidates are required to have at least 5 years of work experience in antibody, bispecific drug, or ADC research and development, as well as project management experience in the IND stage of biopharmaceuticals or ADC drugs; Overseas returnee experience, experience in biomarker discovery and early research is preferred
2. Proficient in various molecular biology, cell biology, and drug development techniques, able to lead and promote the entire antibody drug (monoclonal antibody, bispecific antibody, ADC drug, etc.) development workflow, with the ability to control research and development projects and determine candidate compound molecules
3. Possess rigorous logical thinking ability, good communication skills, and teamwork ability, with a proactive and positive work attitude and the ability to independently solve problems
4. Have a strong interest in ADC drug development and are willing to delve deeper into the ADC field, learning new things and knowledge
5. Possess good English proficiency, excellent summarizing ability, strong sense of responsibility, dedication, innovation, and team spirit
