Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Engage in hardware technology research and innovation of UPS power products, and build competitiveness in power technology
2. Understand the development trends of the UPS power supply industry, participate in leading the pre research work of new technologies, and upgrade and optimize existing solution designs
3. According to the technology strategy and plan, conduct research on new technologies, devices, and standards in this field, and explore patents and intellectual property rights
4. According to the requirements of the R&D process, output relevant product documentation, product data, and problem-solving reports
Job requirements:
1. Doctoral degree or above, major in electrical engineering, automation, electronic information, control engineering or other power electronics related fields, English proficiency level 6 or above, unlimited work experience, and excellent fresh graduates are acceptable
2. Proficient in digital and analog circuit principle design, familiar with the performance and parameters of various basic electronic components, and capable of independently completing product hardware development, component selection, and software and hardware debugging
3. Strong problem-solving skills, good work habits, excellent communication and coordination abilities, etc
4. Priority is given to hardware developers who have experience in power electronics products such as communication power supplies, electric vehicle DC-DC, OBC, charging stations, switching power supplies, UPS, high-power inverters, frequency converters, servos, etc
