Job Description:
Location: Room 601, Building 11, Optics Valley New Power (North Gate), Jiangxia District, Wuhan or Floor 2, Building F3, Changfeng Industrial Park (Gate 2), Baoan District, Shenzhen
Qualifications:
1. Doctor degree, 5 or more years working experience in optical communication/optical device industry;
2. Experience in design, first-line FAB, tape-out and mass production of silicon optical chips for optical modules;
3. Have some experience in product development and testing of silicon optical chip/device packaging/silicon optical module;
4. Innovative thinking and pre-research ability, leading project development ability
5, team management experience, collaborative management technology platform, enrich the company's CBB
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the independent development of silicon optical chips or customized development for partners, leading the design, technical docking with technical partners/FAB factories, and chip performance testing and evaluation;
2. Leading the design, development and industrialization of advanced packaging solutions such as silicon-based NPO/CPO;
3. Lead the promotion of the company's high-speed optical devices or silicon-based optoelectronic devices product projects, and tackle key technical difficulties;
4, responsible for the main program design and key technology grasp, product development, leading the main product material selection certification, testing and verification;
5. Document output and technical research tasks of government projects
