1. Responsible for research on materials, structures, performance, and other aspects of industrial and commercial storage battery cells, including the design, preparation, testing, and analysis of battery cells.
2. Carry out research and development work on battery cell materials, including research on positive electrode materials, negative electrode materials, electrolytes, and other aspects.
3. Design and optimize the structure of battery cells to improve their energy density, cycle life, and safety performance.
4. Conduct performance testing and analysis of battery cells, including cyclic performance testing, safety performance testing, thermal runaway analysis, etc.
5. Participate in the optimization and improvement of battery cell production processes to enhance the efficiency and quality of battery cell production.
6. Track the latest technological development trends in the field of battery cells, continuously improve the research level and technological innovation capabilities of battery cells.
Participate in project evaluation and technical solution development, provide technical support for product development and market promotion.
Job requirements:
1. Doctoral degree or above, major in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
2. More than 5 years of experience in battery cell research, familiar with research methods and techniques for battery materials, structures, and performance.
3. Possess strong experimental skills and data analysis abilities, capable of independently conducting research and testing on battery cells.
4. Familiar with the production process and quality control requirements of battery cells, those with experience in battery cell production are preferred.
5. Possess good teamwork spirit and communication skills, able to effectively coordinate team members and partners.
6. Possess strong problem-solving skills and innovative awareness, able to independently analyze and solve technical problems.
7. Priority will be given to those with research achievements and patents related to the field of battery cells
