Job Description: strong>
Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and management of the company's drug research and development, covering drug discovery, development, and preclinical research stages. Lead the team to ensure efficient implementation of R&D plans, promote technological innovation and cross departmental collaboration, and support the achievement of company strategic goals. The main job responsibilities are as follows:
1. R&D strategy execution and team management: Develop and execute R&D plans to ensure alignment with company strategy
2. Drug development project management: Responsible for the entire process of antibody drug development projects, from drug discovery to preclinical research, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of projects, and solving technical or operational difficulties
3. Cross departmental collaboration and resource integration: Work closely with clinical, regulatory, and production teams to promote the translation of research results; Strengthen cooperation with external partners such as CROs and academic institutions
4. R&D budget and resource management: Manage R&D budget, optimize fund utilization and resource allocation
5. Team building and talent management: Recruit and cultivate efficient R&D teams, promote the growth of team members, and build an innovative culture
6. Collaborate with senior management team: report R&D progress and potential risks to senior management, provide solutions to support decision-making
7. Technological innovation and platform optimization: Promote technological innovation, optimize the antibody drug research and development platform, and improve research and development efficiency and success rate
Job requirements:
1. Doctoral degree in biology, immunology, molecular biology, pharmacology or related fields, with at least 10 years of experience in biopharmaceutical research and development, including at least 5 years of experience in research and development management positions
2. Have rich experience in antibody drug development, especially in the fields of antibody discovery, antibody engineering, immunotherapy, etc
3. Strong project management skills in the biopharmaceutical field, able to effectively manage multiple research and development projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality
4. Possess strong cross departmental communication and coordination skills, able to effectively convey information within the team and between other functional departments, ensuring the smooth progress of R&D activities
5. Familiar with the various stages of drug development, including the requirements from preclinical research to IND application and clinical trial initiation
6. Excellent leadership skills, able to motivate and lead teams to complete high-intensity work tasks, promote team collaboration and innovation
7. Good communication skills, able to clearly report R&D progress and results to the senior management team and external partners
8. Fluent in English, able to read literature without barriers, write scientific reports, and express themselves orally
