Job Responsibilities:
1) Conduct research on the conversion and utilization of carbon dioxide, and publish high-level academic papers or apply for invention patents in conjunction with the project;
2) Actively apply for vertical and horizontal projects at all levels according to the development direction of the research group's project;
3) Assist in managing doctoral and master's students in the laboratory, while also participating in laboratory management and other related work.
Job requirements:
1) Passionate about scientific research, with a sense of professionalism, innovation, and teamwork, and proactive in work;
2) Good physical health, strong sense of responsibility, able to endure hardship, possessing strong comprehensive organizational, coordination, expression, and interpersonal communication skills;
3) Strong Chinese writing skills and certain English reading and writing abilities;
4) PhD graduates with majors in chemistry, materials, and chemical engineering, with a graduation period of less than 3 years.
2、 Team Introduction:
The team is mainly engaged in research on small molecule electrocatalytic and thermal conversion, and has successfully obtained multiple funding projects from National Natural Science Foundation of China, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenzhen Municipal Government, and enterprises. The contract amount of ongoing projects exceeds 100 million yuan, and the research funds are abundant. The team maintains close cooperative relationships with multiple well-known research groups at home and abroad, including Tsinghua University, Tianjin University, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, University of Sydney, Monash University, and University of Muenster. At the same time, the team has maintained strategic partnerships with large enterprises such as China Merchants Group, Hong Kong Rong Gas, Shenzhen Energy, PetroChina, Huawei, ZTE, BYD, etc., and encourages researchers to cooperate and exchange ideas in industry university research.
The currently established experimental platforms include:
1) Material preparation platform: CVD pvd、mpcvd、hfcvd、pecvd、ald、mocvd、 Magnetron sputtering, chemical synthesis, hydrothermal reaction, microwave reaction, thermal evaporation, PLD, etc.
2) Material characterization platform: hrtem, sem,xps,xrd,pl,cl,raman,afm, In situ XRD, in-situ Raman, in-situ FT-IR, in-situ GC-MS, in-situ glow discharge, in-situ electrochemical AFM, in-situ synchrotron radiation (available 5 days per month), in-situ electrochemical quartz microcrystal balance, in-situ stress analyzer, etc.
3) Testing platforms: Keithly multifunctional semiconductor performance testing platform from the United States, photoelectric response testing platform, Senna IM6 electrochemical workstation from Germany, Wanton electrochemical workstation from Switzerland, Princeton electrochemical workstation, Maccor lithium battery testing platform, Hall effect tester, nanoindentation tester, LED testing platform, film thickness gauge, solar cell testing platform, etc.
4) Functional device preparation platform: ultra clean room, lithography machine, ozone etching machine, vapor deposition equipment, fib, ebl, etc.
