Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for analyzing and mining one or more omics data generated from birth cohorts, conducting multi omics etiological research on pregnancy and childhood diseases, including but not limited to genome sequencing, transcriptome sequencing, methylation sequencing, single-cell sequencing, lipidomics, metabolomics, metagenomics, etc
2. Establish a multidimensional data mining and analysis method process, construct appropriate models, analysis methods, and statistical tests based on the characteristics of the data and the needs of clinical disease research, and find the correlation between each omics data and specific clinical research points, as well as the integration and correlation between different omics data
3. Writing research papers, funding applications, patent applications, and other scientific research documents
4. Undertake management tasks related to research projects, including project planning, organization, and execution
Qualifications:
1. Those who have obtained a master's degree or above in computer science, mathematics, statistics, bioinformatics, or related technical fields, with a solid foundation in linear algebra, statistics, and probability theory, and have obtained a doctoral degree or excellent research results in the above-mentioned technical fields are preferred
2. Familiar with high-performance computer cluster environments, proficient in using at least one of Python, Java, R, C/C++, etc
3. Familiar with the current research status in the professional field, with complete project experience in project design, data analysis, paper writing, and project closure
4. Diligent and meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility, good at independent thinking, possessing excellent communication and teamwork skills
5. Candidates with experience in multi omics data analysis or project research are preferred
