Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design of high-power semiconductor laser chips, establishing simulation capabilities for epitaxial structure, device structure, heat, stress, etc
2. Based on the requirements proposed by the project, develop a design plan and communicate with the project technical leader to determine and achieve the goal of meeting the indicators and requirements proposed by each project:
3. Analyze and optimize the performance and reliability of semiconductor laser chips, form a database and continuously iterate to ensure the smooth progress of research and development projects from a design perspective
4. Participate in the analysis and discussion of key issues in R&D projects, assist in analyzing the reasons from the perspective of chip design, and propose solutions to the problems
5. Responsible for or involved in the application and implementation of product development projects
Qualifications:
1. Doctoral degree;, Major in microelectronics, semiconductor materials, physics, and related fields, with solid theoretical knowledge
More than 2.5 years of experience in simulating semiconductor laser chip epitaxial structures and device structures, with strong optical, electrical, and thermal simulation capabilities, proficient in using commercial simulation software such as PICS3D, LaserMod, Comsol, etc
3. Familiar with the principle of semiconductor lasers and understand the various aspects of GaAs semiconductor laser development
4. Candidates with experience in developing semiconductor laser chip projects are preferred
5. Ability to quickly read English literature and analyze and summarize it
6. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, strong self-restraint, high work enthusiasm, ability to work independently and withstand pressure
7. Possess good logical thinking ability, communication and collaboration skills, and good teamwork spirit
8. Possess good written writing skills, meticulous work, and project application experience is preferred
