Job Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze project data, review, analyze, interpret, summarize, consolidate, and conclude the data to provide data support for the screening of advantageous molecules
From the perspective of pharmacokinetics, objectively evaluate the pharmacokinetic properties of compounds under study and systematically assess their pharmacological properties
Supervise and track project progress, supplement testing requirements, collect and improve experimental data based on project deficiencies and needs
Assist in solving technical problems and difficulties in the project, develop research plans, provide experimental designs, improve research strategies, and support drug screening work
Collaborate with the DMPK team and the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biological teams to regularly coordinate and communicate, promote project progress, and ensure project quality and progress
Qualifications for the position:
Doctoral degree in pharmacy, chemistry, and biology related fields such as pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacology
More than two years of research and development experience in ADC, monoclonal antibody, bispecific antibody, peptide, PDC, and RNA drugs. Familiar with ADA immunogenicity research and immunological research methods such as ELISA, SEC-FLD, CLIA, etc
Proficient in basic knowledge of pharmacokinetics, with a deep understanding of drug metabolism PK and ADME research (absorption, distribution, clearance, dissolution, permeation, enzyme inhibition, enzyme phenotype, enzyme induction, transporter, protein binding, stability of various matrices, etc.)
Experience in operating WinNolan software, LC-MS/MS, and high-resolution mass spectrometry analysis is preferred
Knowledge of Gastroplus, NONMEM, NLME, R language, Simcyp and other software, experience in PBPK, popPK, PK/PD model analysis is preferred
Excellent operational management, leadership, and organizational skills, able to establish good teamwork relationships
Rigorous and steady, with excellent scientific exploration spirit, willing to challenge, good communication and stress resistance ability
Serious and responsible, logically clear, fair and objective, with strong execution ability and confidentiality awareness
