Beihang University Qingdao Research Institute was established in 2016 and is an excellent new research and development institution at the provincial level in Shandong. There are microelectronics research institute, artificial intelligence research institute, etc. This postdoctoral recruitment is aimed at the development of various types of scientific research instruments/integrated circuit testing equipment, and is parallel to the Department of Process Equipment and the National Key Laboratory of Spin Chip and Technology at Beihang University Integrated Circuit College. The team has built the first open operation 8-inch sensing chip process and testing research and development platform among universities and research institutes in Shandong Province, as well as the Qingdao Key Laboratory, Qingdao Micro Nano Electronics and Testing Technology Engineering Research Institute Center, Qingdao Integrated Circuit Testing Equipment Technology Innovation Center, etc. Focusing on the goal of "independent and controllable chip and material key testing technologies and instruments" put forward by the State Key Laboratory, the team explored various materials and chip testing technologies, chip reliability testing technologies, magnetic sensor chips, superconducting chips and other key chip design and manufacturing technologies, physical and material analysis technologies and related equipment (atomic force microscope, nano CT, etc.) in response to the major national strategies and industrial needs. The team is led by talents from the National Thousand Talents Program, consisting of senior R&D personnel and engineering teams. The specific technical research directions involve micro nano testing, optoelectronic testing, automation control, low-temperature system design, circuit design, AI intelligent equipment, algorithm and software development, etc

Applicants should have a high level of research and development in the above-mentioned disciplines, including but not limited to: instrument science, precision optoelectronics, micro nano technology, magnetic measurement, chips, optical engineering, low-temperature refrigeration, physics, systems engineering, and other disciplines
Specific postdoctoral research directions include:
1. Development of magnetic and spintronics testing equipment
Develop high-precision testing techniques and equipment for the research and manufacturing process of magnetism, magnetic materials, and spintronics chips
2. Research and development of semiconductor testing equipment
(1) Responsible for participating in the research and development of semiconductor measurement equipment or key components such as defect detection equipment/line width measurement equipment/film thickness measurement
(2) Guide students to carry out equipment related topics
3. High precision photoelectric testing
(1) Collaborate with the team to solve high-precision optical, electrical, or high-frequency testing signal optimization problems in the development process of various testing equipment (chips, materials)
(2) Develop equipment related to chip/microelectronic device testing and optoelectronic testing, and collaborate with the team to promote industrialization
(3) Design of circuit modules such as signal acquisition and high-precision power supply
4. Development of AI based intelligent instruments and smart laboratory systems
(1) Based on the experimental conditions of Beihang Qingdao Research Institute, conduct research in the directions of AI for science, AI for instruments, and AI for lab
Design user interaction methods, combine AI tools such as large models for data mining, upgrade instrument intelligence, etc., to achieve the demonstration application of AI in the field of instrument science
(2) Carry out interconnection of instruments and equipment
(3) Organize/assist teams in applying for scientific research projects, conduct project research, and continuously develop the application of AI in the fields of instruments and intelligent laboratories
(4) Collaborate with relevant disciplinary companies of Beihang University to promote the transformation of research results and industrial applications
5. Development of high-precision piezoelectric system
(1) Collaborate with the team to develop piezoelectric modules/piezoelectric tubes that can be used for high-precision equipment such as atomic force microscopes
(2) Integrated development of atomic force microscopy and other equipment with the team
Requirement: Have experience in the development, assembly, or use of piezoelectric control
6. Design, process development, chip integration and testing of SQUID chips, or development of SQUID related product applications
7. Application development based on GMR/TMR magnetic sensing chips or SQUID chips, including high-precision current testing, magnetic sensing chip application development in the automotive electronics field, and precise direction/position recognition; Design and development of magnetocardiography based on SQUID, development of rock magnetometer, etc
8. Electromagnetic and magnetic field simulation design
(1) Responsible for simulation work related to magnetism
(2) Responsible for work related to vibration or structural stability
(3) Guide students to carry out work related to magnetic or structural simulation
9. Image algorithm development
(1) Design and develop image algorithms for semiconductor testing and wafer processing, including but not limited to: image recognition, image detection, etc
(2) Research on algorithms related to equipment platforms and image recognition
(3) Read the latest academic literature, participate in industry research, and develop technical solutions related to semiconductor image recognition
(4) Guide students to carry out projects related to image algorithms
(5) Write relevant patents or papers
