Job Description: strong>
Job description:
Responsible for research, design, and verification work in the fields of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, thermal design, and thermal management, such as designing new heat dissipation or heating schemes, designing next-generation new energy vehicle thermal management systems, designing, simulating, physically constructing, and controlling complex thermodynamic systems. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Complete the design of the vehicle thermal management plan, including functions such as heat pump heating, direct cooling, waste heat recovery, temperature equalization and energy-saving control, thermal management of the three electric systems, and thermal management of the passenger cabin. Specific tasks include load estimation of various components, system design, model building, component selection, system construction, performance testing, etc
2. Have a profound understanding of two-phase flow and multiphase flow; Responsible for the simulation design, physical construction, and verification of core component flow paths: designing flow paths that meet flow distribution, pressure drop, and other requirements through 3D simulation, including gas, liquid, two-phase flow, and other flow path designs; Construct physical objects to complete experimental verification and conduct technical iterations, and the proposed design should be implemented in the research product
4. Responsible for the comprehensive thermal management and intelligent control of building level HVAC systems, leading the design of the overall plan for smart building systems, and working with software and control algorithm teams to comprehensively utilize distributed control and integrated control strategies, combined with rule+model+data-driven technology, to achieve energy conservation, power saving, and intelligent control in buildings, factories, and parks
5. Responsible for component level heat dissipation design, which involves natural convection, air cooling, water cooling, and two-phase flow cooling. During the development process, it will involve three-dimensional thermal simulation, bench and experimental design, experimental closed-loop verification, and other aspects to complete the process from design to implementation
6. Conduct forward-looking exploration and technological innovation, participate in technology research, technology layout, and patent layout work
Job requirements:
1. Possess a solid theoretical foundation in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics, with a strong interest in thermodynamics. Priority will be given to majors in vehicle engineering, power engineering, engineering thermophysics, refrigeration, thermal energy, fluid mechanics, thermal management, and other related fields
2. Proficient in using mainstream design software and proficient in at least one of one-dimensional and three-dimensional thermal fluid simulation software
3. Proficient in thermal design simulation tools and thermal management system design and optimization methods
4. Timely track cutting-edge scientific and technological literature, pay attention to industry development and trends
5. Bonus points: Possess a strong theoretical foundation in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics, and have published research results in high-quality journals such as JFM; Having profound simulation and programming skills, capable of building or partially building computational libraries for CFD or thermal fluid simulation on their own; Strong hands-on ability and rich experience in building physical test benches
6. Work location: All regions
Deadline: October 14, 2025
Recruitment: 20 people
