Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on the company's basic research direction (daily chemical materials, polymer materials, electrolyte research and development, optimization of lithium battery material production process, lithium battery recycling, etc.), carry out new projects, conduct market technology research on new projects, and demonstrate and analyze the feasibility of the projects
2. Coordinate and solve various difficult problems that arise during project implementation, and complete the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements
3. Grasp the progress of ongoing projects, as well as the organizational design, institutional design, and assessment design of the R&D system

Job requirements
1. PhD or above, with priority given to majors in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry and Physics, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Materials Physics and Chemistry, Nonferrous Metals Metallurgy, Chemical Process Machinery, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Applied Chemistry, and other related fields
2. Intending to develop and apply in the fields of fine chemicals, lithium-ion battery materials, polymer materials, and other related areas
3. Having a solid professional foundation and strong professional thinking
4. Strong independent thinking and practical ability to carry out scientific research work, able to efficiently organize team division of labor and collaboration
