a) In-depth knowledge and technical expertise of a broad spectrum of therapeutic modalities in biologics, including mono- and multi-specific antibodies and other biologics
b) Extensive experience with contemporary antibody discovery technologies, including hybridoma, single B cell cloning, and display platform
c) Hands-on experience in molecule design and construction, molecular cloning, hybridoma, phage display, protein expression, and bioassay.
d) Knowledge of protein and Ab engineering and molecule characterization through various biochemical and structural tools
- Experience (at least 5 years) of managing a large group of scientists (≥ 20 people)
- Strong competency in communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced excellence-drive
- Self-motivated and collaborative, with excellent time management skills; strong commitment to solve difficult problem and drive through resolution.
