Job Description: strong>
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the planning and design implementation, performance optimization, simulation verification, and testing of analog/hybrid circuit schemes
2. Responsible for the design of high-performance, ultra-low voltage customized circuits under advanced technology, tailored to specific PPA requirements, able to deliver integrated digital units or modules based on bottom-up optimization thinking such as transistor selection, layout effect analysis, unit logic merging and simplification
3. Responsible for hardware design and debugging of switch power supplies, solving hardware technical problems during product development and mass production stages
4. Work tasks include but are not limited to:
4.1 Common analog chip or IP design, transistor level circuit design and simulation, layout planning and design, timing Kutetization extraction, custom design of SRAM/DRAM/RRAM, etc
4.2 Chip design process development, In House EDA tool development, chip yield tracking and optimization
4.3 Principle evaluation, design, and testing verification of the product's circuit system
4.4 Complete or cooperate to complete the layout design of PCB
Job Qualifications
1. The majors include but are not limited to mathematics/physics/electronic science and technology/microelectronics/information and communication engineering/computer science and technology/materials science and engineering. Fresh graduates or overseas students within one year of graduation, with a doctoral degree
2. Excellent academic performance, strong curiosity, learning ability, and knowledge transfer ability towards new things and related fields of expertise
3. Understand the IC development process, possess a certain theoretical foundation and practical skills in digital circuits, as well as innovative abilities
4. Understand the working principle of microprocessors, have a good foundation in analog circuits, digital circuits, electromagnetic fields and microwaves, signal processing, and experience in single board hardware design, simulation, implementation, and debugging is preferred
5. Have a deep understanding of the working principles and control methods of various power topologies, familiar with the design, selection, and application of core components such as magnetism and power, and those with experience in power design, development, and debugging are preferred
