Job Description:
(1) Job Responsibilities
1. Independently conduct research projects, write academic papers, and publish research results according to the arrangements of the project leader
2. Relying on the resources of Fudan University and the Precision Medicine Research Institute, analyze disease mechanisms, design and develop new therapies for important diseases, and validate them in organoid models and preclinical animal models
3. The research topic in this laboratory has a strong interdisciplinary nature, therefore, we encourage interdisciplinary talents with backgrounds in biology, chemistry, physics, and other fields to apply. Applicants need to have strong innovation ability, learning ability, and adaptability, and be able to learn and apply various new experimental techniques according to the needs of the project, in order to promote the progress of the project. Encourage the exploration and development of new research ideas and directions
4. According to research needs, cooperate with the research team to complete other work tasks such as fund applications, patent applications, etc
5. Complete the various assessment indicators set by Fudan University during the postdoctoral period at the station
(2) Application Requirements
1. Has obtained a doctoral degree for no more than three years or is about to obtain a doctoral degree, and is under the age of 35
2. Strong hands-on ability and excellent English reading, writing, and expression skills. Published SCI papers in relevant fields as the first author (including co authors)
3. Professional background in biology, medicine, and related fields, proficient in experimental techniques such as molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry, and preclinical animal models
Applicants with the following experience are preferred: tumor biology, construction and analysis of animal disease models, genetic engineering modifications such as CRISPR gene editing technology, cell engineering, immunotherapy, etc

(3) Job benefits
1. Salary:
(1) The postdoctoral employment period is two years, with a comprehensive annual salary of over 300000 yuan (including government provided postdoctoral living allowances)
(2) Based on the support provided by the postdoctoral program and the research achievements made during the station, corresponding subsidies and performance rewards will be issued, with a maximum annual salary of over 500000 yuan
2. Welfare:
(1) Pay the five social insurances and one housing fund according to the standard, enjoy other benefits equivalent to formal employees of the research institute, and assist in solving housing, children's enrollment, and health security issues
(2) After postdoctoral fellows enter the station, they can voluntarily choose to settle in Nansha District, Guangzhou, and their spouses and children can apply for accompanying household registration

3. Talent cultivation and development:

(4) During the period of working at the postdoctoral station, the seniority of the research institute will be counted, and one can participate in the vocational skills training of the research institute to further enhance their professional abilities. (5) Postdoctoral fellows who leave the research institute will receive a postdoctoral certificate from Fudan University's mobile station. Outstanding postdoctoral fellows who leave the institute will have priority in being appointed to full-time positions in the research institute
Introduction to the research group
Wang Huawei, a young researcher and team leader at the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Precision Medicine Research Institute (Guangzhou), holds a PhD from the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Pathology at the University of California, San Diego. He is an assistant research scientist and has accumulated rich research experience in developmental biology, cancer biology, cell engineering, and tumor immunotherapy. He has published multiple academic papers in important academic journals such as Nature Biomedical Engineering, Cancer Research, Cell Discovery, PNAS, and Nature Communication, applied for multiple US and Chinese patents, and successfully obtained authorization and translation. The research team will mainly focus on the research of cell based bionic delivery carriers, work closely with the team of Professor Lin Xinhua of Fudan University, and use multiple platforms of the State Key Laboratory of Genetic Engineering of Fudan University, such as the organ like research platform, to develop new precision delivery carriers and immunotherapy for major human diseases, such as diffuse malignant tumors, to fully support precision medicine
