Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for coordinating the development direction of the company's electromagnetic large model algorithm
2. Based on deep learning and other technologies, responsible for the research, training, and overall application design of large-scale pre trained models
-Carry out content understanding/generation of voice/text/image/industry professional signal and other forms of data
-Multilingual, multimodal, model optimization, deployment optimization
-The effective application of large models in vertical domains
3. Lead the algorithm department of the company, integrate market demand and product planning, and follow up on the latest technological achievements. Develop a technical direction plan, plan the company's artificial intelligence technology system and implementation path
4. Responsible for the daily management of the algorithm team, arranging work tasks reasonably according to the company's business needs, evaluating work results, building and optimizing team structure, and promoting and assisting team members' growth
5. Continuously research the optimization and performance improvement techniques of SOTA models in the industrial and academic fields, achieve model compression, and improve model operation efficiency; Maintain and update the model, and iterate and optimize it based on new data and requirements
6. As an individual contributor, undertake the research and development of key algorithm technologies, as well as the design, development, and maintenance of core algorithms
Job requirements:
1. Hold a doctoral degree in computer/artificial intelligence/mathematics/statistics or related fields, with at least 8 years of work experience in the AI industry and some experience in leading teams
2. Have a solid foundation in data mining/machine learning algorithms, familiar with the architecture and principles of mainstream deep learning models such as NLP/CV/ASR, and have practical experience in implementing large-scale model projects
3. Familiar with mainstream deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, with practical work experience in pre training, performance tuning, and content generation of large models. Have a deep understanding and practical experience in techniques such as pruning, distillation, quantization, SFT, RLHF, etc
4. Have knowledge and understanding of the basic physical meaning, mathematical transformation, time/frequency domain, symbol domain, etc. of electromagnetic signals, have a deep understanding and mastery of signal spectrum, spectrogram, constellation/vector diagram and other methods of representing signals, have a deep understanding and mastery of the physical meaning and characteristics of frequency band division of electromagnetic signals such as LF, MF, HF, VHF, UHF, and have a deep understanding and mastery of various application scenarios and user needs of signal data
5. Excellent coding ability, solid data structure foundation, proficient in Python/C++/Java and other languages, with strong engineering implementation ability
6. Have practical experience in knowledge graph construction, management, and application; Familiar with Graph and multi-source heterogeneous data management
7. Good team management and communication skills, strong responsibility and initiative, able to lead the team to achieve established tasks
