Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for long-term technical planning in the field of fluid mechanics for the business unit, and mastering the technological development trends in the home appliance industry
2. Responsible for innovative breakthroughs in key and common technologies in the field of fluid mechanics, and for formulating enterprise or industry standards related to fluid mechanics
3. Responsible for and coordinating the performance research and development of major innovative product platforms, with a deep understanding of fluid mechanics and aerodynamic noise, familiar with and proficient in simulation analysis tools and methods
4. Responsible for researching the aerodynamic layout of various kitchen appliance product categories such as range hoods, integrated stoves, gas water heaters, dishwashers, and water purifiers
5. Responsible for simulating and analyzing the flow characteristics of range hoods, integrated stoves, gas water heaters, and dishwashers, as well as reducing drag and noise caused by flow induced noise
6. Responsible for testing flow performance, including air performance testing, PIV flow field visualization experiments, etc
Job requirements:
1. Doctoral degree or above, with priority given to work experience in fluid technology. Graduated from majors such as fluid machinery, power machinery, and engineering thermophysics
2. Master the basic principles of fluid mechanics, be familiar with relevant theoretical knowledge, have successful project experience in fluid mechanics, and have successfully launched products on the market
3. Familiar with the flow characteristics and flow induced noise control measures of household appliances
4. Priority consideration is given to those with project experience in home appliances such as range hoods, integrated stoves, and gas water heaters
5. Familiar with testing equipment and methods for flow performance, including air performance testing, PIV flow field visualization experiments, etc
6. Proficient in at least one CFD software, such as Fluent, CFX, Star CCM, ICEM, Hypermesh, etc. Familiar with at least one 3D structural design software, such as UG, ProE, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc
7. Skilled in solving challenging problems, with the ability to withstand pressure, strong learning ability, and an open, inclusive, and cooperative team spirit
6. Responsible for external technical exchanges and project cooperation in the field of wind turbines
7. Priority will be given to those with successful project experience in centrifugal fans used in range hoods or air conditioning systems
