Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for researching and implementing innovative technologies in refrigeration systems, enhancing product competitiveness through the implementation of new technologies, including low-temperature refrigeration, system efficiency improvement, frost suppression, new refrigeration technologies, new refrigerants, and their system applications
2. Responsible for optimizing refrigeration systems and thermal design, able to use simulation systems for technical solution optimization research and problem analysis, familiar with various core components of refrigeration systems, including compressors, heat exchangers, valve bodies, etc
3. Responsible for the research and application of cutting-edge technologies in low-temperature refrigeration, conducting technical research, trend judgment, innovation point exploration, and implementation promotion on industry technology trends and development dynamics
4. Responsible for tackling issues related to refrigeration systems, developing improvement plans, and implementing them
5. Responsible for the formulation of standards and specification preparation related to low-temperature refrigeration. "
Requirement 1: Hold a doctoral degree or above, majoring in refrigeration and low temperature, thermodynamics, or engineering thermophysics
2. Have solid professional knowledge, proficient in refrigeration system principles and numerical calculations
3. Having strong innovative thinking and keen insight, able to make trend judgments on industry development trends and transform them into innovative technologies for product implementation
4. Has strong teamwork skills
