Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish machine learning or statistical models, study model datasets to explore and create new variables, use multiple statistical methods, integrate business experts' suggestions and opinions to screen models, and conduct comprehensive testing to ensure the robustness and stability of the models
2. Deeply explore and quantify the actual business problems of the company, and construct algorithms and models to improve the quality and efficiency of business operations, or conduct large-scale data analysis, design and implement dashboards and reports, and extract valuable business insights
3. Proactively explore business issues, complete in-depth specialized data analysis through sharp insights into data, qualitative and quantitative analysis, model construction, and experimental verification, provide decision-making recommendations, and promote the implementation of strategic applications
4. Work closely with the company's product manager and development team to design and maintain advanced artificial intelligence (AI) based systems, implementing AI assistants, intelligent recommendations, knowledge base Q&A, automated processing, and other functions to ensure the performance and effectiveness of the model in practical application scenarios
5. In the process of participating in business, refine research questions, develop research plans to gain in-depth insights into the business, and promote the accumulation and sharing of knowledge in the organizational economy of the company. Enhance the company's academic research influence through academic innovation, paper publishing, school enterprise cooperation, and participation in conference paper exchanges
Qualifications:
1. Obtained a doctoral degree in computer science, data science, statistics, psychology, economics, mathematics, artificial intelligence, and related fields
2. Proficient in using database languages, proficient in at least one programming language or statistical software, such as Python, R, MATLAB, SAS, SPSS, JMP, etc
3. Understand knowledge graphs and social networking technologies, proficiently apply commonly used statistical models (such as linear regression, logistic regression), machine learning algorithms (such as decision trees, cluster analysis), or deep learning techniques (such as neural networks) for modeling
4. 1-2 examples of project experience in using artificial intelligence related models to build intelligent recommendation and automated judgment systems based on business scenarios
5. Master the training and optimization methods of Large Language Models (LLMs), be able to evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and machine learning models based on business needs, and use Python and other open source technologies to build and train these models. Experience is preferred
6. Strong English literature reading and writing skills, with priority given to those who have published international advanced conference papers or journal articles
