1. Explore and evaluate opportunities for new drug cooperation in preclinical and clinical stages both domestically and internationally, including patent authorization, joint development, strategic partnerships, and participation in business negotiations with foreign companies
2. Work closely with colleagues in early drug development, clinical medicine, business, and other teams to analyze and evaluate potential projects; Independently communicate internally and externally, and drive project progress
3. Familiar with database retrieval and competitive analysis, tracking changes in pharmaceutical industry policies and their impact on the industry
4. Establish and maintain external relationships (CRO, research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, consulting firms), and be able to represent the company in completing relevant business negotiations
5. Regularly collect research information on the latest innovative drugs at home and abroad, and assist the company in strategic investment in pharmaceutical projects
Job requirements:
1. Major in biomedicine or related fields, with a PhD in central nervous system
2. Relevant field experience (innovative drug research and development, BD, medicine), familiar with the domestic and international pharmaceutical industry, market analysis, and product analysis
3. Strong cross departmental and external communication skills, proactive teamwork, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
4. Independently responsible for or involved in complete project evaluation, negotiation, and successful implementation, with priority given to those with relevant experience in the field of central nervous system
