Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the antigen design, expression, purification and identification process from conceptual design to experimental practice to ensure that the quality of antigens meets the research and development needs.

2. Design and implement an animal immunization program, including selection of appropriate host animals, immunization schedule, and detection strategy, to achieve high-affinity antibody production.

3. Develop the research and development process of diagnostic antibodies, including antibody projects for macromolecules, small molecules and new biomarkers, and be responsible for the whole process from screening to laboratory-scale production.

4. Responsible for the production process of recombinant antibodies, including vector design, cell transfection technology and the construction and maintenance of stable cell lines.

5. Manage the antibody research and development project, report the research and development progress regularly, analyze the experimental data, and adjust the research plan according to the experimental results.




Job requirements:

1. Doctoral degree, cell biology, immunology, antibody engineering or molecular biology and other related fields, with profound theoretical knowledge and experimental technology.

2. Be familiar with various animal immune models, be able to design toxicological experiments and screening platforms, and master experimental techniques such as molecular cloning and antibody purification.

3. Master antibody identification and analysis techniques, including ELISA, Western? Blot, surface plasmon resonance (SPR), etc.

4. Proficient in analytical cloning, cell transfection, cell culture and other technical operations, with recombinant antibody production capacity.

5. Experience in single B cell sorting technology, phage display technology, antibody modification technology and flow cytometry sorting technology is preferred.

6. Proficient in data processing software and office software, able to conduct efficient literature search, with good English reading and writing skills.

7. Careful and conscientious work, strong sense of responsibility, good initiative, ability to adapt to high work pressure, and excellent communication, execution and teamwork skills.
