Job Responsibilities:
1. Technical strategic planning:
Responsible for the technical strategic planning of the company's product line, tracking the latest developments in new technologies and equipment in the industry, ensuring that the company's technical direction and level remain at a relatively high level in the industry
2. Pre research and development management:
Responsible for organizing the team to refine and decompose technical planning, and leading the team to explore cutting-edge technologies and conduct technical pre research work, ensuring the advanced and practical nature of pre research technologies. Supervise and manage the R&D process to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects
3. Technical difficulties tackling:
Undertake key technology research and development work, organize internal and external resources, lead technical teams to solve technical problems in the pre research process, and provide solid support for the company's technological innovation and product upgrades
4. Team building and talent cultivation:
Responsible for team building and talent cultivation in the hardware technology development department. Build a learning organization to enhance the overall technical level and innovation capability of the team. Assist the head of research and development to ensure that the company's technology remains at a high level in the industry
Qualifications for the position:
1. A doctoral degree in related fields such as mechanical manufacturing, automation, and materials engineering (with a focus on materials and equipment), possessing a strong theoretical foundation and forward-looking vision
2. Having at least 3 years of experience in the development of automation equipment, successfully leading system solution design, and having a deep understanding and practical experience in equipment development processes and technical difficulties
3. Familiar with the principles of equipment reliability design, able to ensure stable operation of equipment in high-intensity and complex environments
4. Priority will be given to those with experience in the research and development of industries such as 3D printing equipment, machine tools, and laser processing, as well as a keen insight into industry dynamics and technological trends
5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit can stimulate team potential and promote efficient collaboration across departments; At the same time, possessing excellent team management skills, able to lead the team to overcome technical difficulties
6. Good English reading ability, able to easily access international cutting-edge technical literature, providing strong support for the company's technology introduction and innovation
