Zhang Jin, Academician of the CAS Member, Vice President of Beijing Graphene Research Institute, Head of Graphene Fiber Technology Research Department, Dean of Peking University School of Materials, and Dean of Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School. Received a PhD in Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2018, under the guidance of Professor Xu Zhiping. Visited and conducted research at the University of Texas at Dallas from 2016 to 2017, under the supervision of Professor Ray Baughman. I joined the Department of Mechanics at Wuhan University as an associate researcher in 2018 and became a permanent associate professor in 2021. Over the past five years, more than 50 papers have been published in JMPS, Science, Nature Communications, Matter, and ACS Nano, and have been cited over 2000 times. - The Materials Engineering Group will work with a Corporate Cleaning Group and their lab closely (their lab will be more focused on parts cleaning and chamber wet cleaning and recovery) to find total solution for improving particle and contamination reduction and productivity.
- Responsible for advanced ceramic materials such as oxides, nitrides, silicon carbide, silicates and other bulk materials and various surface chemical deposition and epitaxial growth materials are required for the development of ETCH and thin film products.
- Work with GMO and product group for failure analysis and parts quality check and to develop second suppliers on material related matters.
- Work with GMO and product groups to evaluate the materials developed by suppliers.

Requirements
