Qualifications:

PhD in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/Structural Biology or related disciplines with at least 3 years relevant industry experience in a biotech or biopharmaceutical setting.
Extensive experience in antibody/protein engineering, structural biology and bispecific antibody design and engineering with a proven track record of innovative solutions.
Ability to lead, coach and develop a group of scientists to work productively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
Strong communication, organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Extensive experience in bioinformatics is a strong plus.
Broad knowledge and interests in oncology, immunology, and neurology is a plus.
