I. Job Description

(I) Post title: postdoctoral

(II) Location: Guangdong Provincial Laboratory of Southern Marine Science and Engineering (Guangzhou), Nansha District, Guangzhou

(III) Job requirements:

1. In principle, the age is not more than 35 years old, the doctoral degree is obtained, and the doctoral degree is not more than 3 years (except for the postdoctoral students of the second station).

2. Technical expertise is circuit and system, or laser frequency doubling technology, or optoelectronic information, optical engineering.

3. Direction 1: Proficient in the circuit principle and design of sensors or instruments, familiar with DSP and FPGA application and development software, such as Verilog; or have the hardware design foundation of digital electronics and single chip microcomputer, skilled in the programming and debugging of analog circuits and communication interfaces; researchers interested in the development of product hardware circuits.

Direction 2: Optical engineering, opto-mechatronics or applied physics researchers familiar with semiconductor laser chip packaging and opto-electronic hybrid packaging, or laser frequency doubling technology.

Direction 3: Researchers who are familiar with the design of optical systems or optical fiber sensing or optical fiber communication systems, lasers, detectors and applications of optical fiber devices.

Direction 4: Be familiar with weak signal processing technologies, including various filtering technologies, optical signal modulation and demodulation technologies, or spread spectrum technologies.

4. Have experience in independent scientific research and participating in scientific research projects.

5. Strong writing skills in Chinese and English, published more than 2 SCI papers.

(IV) Post responsibilities:

II. Salary and Welfare Benefits

1. The living allowance is 520-760000 yuan.

The living allowance for postdoctoral students in Guangzhou is 360000 yuan (600000 yuan for doctoral graduates from the world's top 200 overseas universities) and 160000 yuan for postdoctoral students in Nansha District.

2. Scientific research funds of 300000 yuan

The postdoctoral research fund in Guangzhou is 200,000 yuan, and the postdoctoral research fund in Nansha District is 100,000 yuan.

3. Postdoctoral support policy

The post-doctoral innovative talents support plan is 630000 yuan, the national international training plan for outstanding young talents is 400000 yuan, the international training plan for outstanding young talents in Guangdong Province is 400000 yuan, the special support of the China Post-doctoral Fund is 180000 yuan, the general support of the China Post-doctoral Fund is 120000 yuan, and the Guangzhou International Exchange Training Plan is 100000 yuan.

4. After leaving the station, the cost of settling down is 500,000-3,000,000 yuan.

This laboratory is the Key Laboratory of Micro Nano Engineering Science at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The laboratory is committed to developing a new generation of competitive nanotechnology, exploring innovative applications of new nanomaterials and processes in high-precision and cutting-edge fields such as micro nano devices, biomedicine, and precision instruments. 2、 Research direction and content

The research group is committed to exploring new semiconductor image sensing and computing devices for flexible intelligent perception and diagnosis and treatment systems. The research directions include but are not limited to: low dimensional nanomaterials, polymer electronic materials, material mechanics simulation and semiconductor device simulation, flexible optoelectronic sensors, flexible thin film transistors, and neuromorphic computing devices.

3、 Job requirements

1) Proof of doctoral degree or imminent completion of doctoral studies is required.
2) Having but not limited to research background or education in physics, materials, optoelectronics, or electronics. Healthy body, strong sense of responsibility, and good team cooperation awareness
3) Familiar with the processing and testing methods of flexible optoelectronic devices (diodes, transistors, etc.) and electronic devices. Has certain finite element mechanics simulation and semiconductor device simulation capabilities.
4) Candidates with backgrounds and experience in semiconductor physics and ultra clean micro nano processing are preferred. Priority will be given to those with research and development foundations in image sensors, photodetectors, and integrated neural network devices for visual storage and computation.
5) Having excellent research skills and proficiency in both Chinese and English writing, publishing high-quality research papers as the first author.

4、 Salary and benefits

1) Provide competitive salaries in the market, including benefits such as postdoctoral apartments, social insurance, and housing fund.
