Job Description:
(1) Unit Introduction/Center Introduction
The Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology ("Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology") was jointly established by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government and the Chinese University of Hong Kong in February 2006 to implement council management and explore system and mechanism innovation; Aiming at world-class industrial research institutes, we are committed to promoting international academic integration and industrial integration with the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, continuously enhancing the independent innovation capabilities of the manufacturing, health, and modern service industries of the country and the Greater Bay Area, and striving to build a new type of research institution with international reputation, national status, and local contributions.
Shenzhen Advanced Institute has innovatively built a micro collaborative innovation ecosystem that integrates scientific research, education, industry, and capital, focusing on the needs of scientific and technological innovation. Shenzhen Advanced Institute seizes the historical opportunity of building the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area International Science and Technology Innovation Center and the Shenzhen Comprehensive National Science Center. It is actively exploring institutional and mechanism innovation in Shenzhen, which is at the forefront of reform and opening up. The Materials Interface Research Center was established in 2016, characterized by interdisciplinary and industry research integration. Its aim is to solve scientific problems related to the functional sequence of material interfaces, develop pilot engineering technologies for new materials, and expand the application of materials in the fields of sensing and energy. The center gathers more than 120 innovative talents, including 3 academicians and 14 associate degree holders or above. It has trained more than 50 postdoctoral fellows and over 100 graduate students. Graduates are highly favored by prestigious enterprises and schools, with about 80% entering Fortune 500 companies such as Huawei and BYD or pursuing doctoral studies. We have undertaken over 100 scientific research projects, built 2000 square meters of experimental office space and over 10000 square meters of pilot testing sites, established one municipal key laboratory, two municipal engineering centers, one municipal pilot testing base, and more than 10 joint laboratories with enterprises. (2) Mentor Introduction
Yu Xuefeng, Doctor of Wuhan University, Researcher of Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenzhen Advanced Technology Research Institute, Director of Scientific Research Division, Director of Material Interface Research Center, and Chief Expert of National Key Research and Development Projects. Engaged in research related to advanced materials manufacturing and biosensing, over 100 SCI papers have been published as corresponding authors in journals such as Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Synthesis, and Nature Communications in the past five years, with a total citation count of over 19000 times. Selected for the TOP2% global scientists list; Undertook over 100 million yuan in horizontal funding for the enterprise, obtained more than 80 authorized invention patents, achieved technological transformation for over 20 patents, and incubated two national high-tech enterprises. He has successively been selected as a Changjiang Scholar of the Ministry of Education, an expert enjoying special government subsidies, a leading talent in scientific and technological innovation in Guangdong Province, and a foreign academician of the National Academy of Engineering in Ukraine. He has won the first prize of the Ministry of Education for outstanding achievements in scientific research in institutions of higher learning, the first prize of the Shenzhen Natural Science Award, the China Association for Analysis Science and Technology Award - CAIA Award Grand Prize, the China Industry University Research Cooperation Innovation Award, the China Science and Technology Pioneer Award, the Chinese Academy of Sciences University Leader Gold Award and Pilot Award.

(3) Recruitment Position: Postdoctoral Fellow
Number of recruits: 3-5 people
Research direction:
1. Explore the synthesis and modification technology of functional molecules in the fields of safety protection, device packaging, electronic thermal management, etc., and carry out the design and synthesis of new organic silicon materials.
2. Explore material interface modification technology for fields such as battery energy storage, biosensing, and ultrasonic detection, and carry out the design and synthesis of new battery energy storage materials, optoelectronic composite materials, organic piezoelectric materials, etc.
(4) Job requirements
A doctoral degree in a relevant field, with an age limit of no more than 35 years and a minimum of 3 years of doctoral graduation, possessing the ability to independently conduct research work or experience in related industrial projects.
(5) Basic treatment
1. The comprehensive annual salary for postdoctoral fellows is approximately 320000-45000 yuan, including:
(1) 150000 yuan living allowance in Guangdong Province;
(2) Those who pass the proposal and mid-term assessment will enjoy an annual postdoctoral living allowance of 60000 yuan (totaling 120000 yuan for two years) from the Shenzhen Municipal Government;
2. During the station period, eligible candidates can apply for the national "Boxin Program" (which provides a two-year subsidy of 630000 yuan per person, including 400000 yuan for postdoctoral daily expenses, 200000 yuan for postdoctoral science funds, and 30000 yuan for international exchange funds), postdoctoral international exchange program introduction projects (400000/2 years), and Guangdong Province Youth Excellent Scientific Research Talent International Training Program (400000/2 years) or above, and will not receive living subsidies from Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City;
During the station period, overseas postdoctoral fellows who meet the T200 university ranking can apply for the Guangdong Province Overseas Youth Postdoctoral Introduction Project competitively (600000 yuan/2 years in the station, 400000 yuan housing subsidy for staying in Guangdong after leaving the station, total amount of 1 million yuan). The project will not receive living subsidies from Guangdong Province or Shenzhen City;
4. Encourage the application for postdoctoral science fund funding (with a natural science funding standard of 120000 yuan for first class and 80000 yuan for second class).
5. After leaving the station, you can sign a 3-year work contract in Shenzhen and apply for a Shenzhen postdoctoral research funding of 300000 yuan per year, totaling 100000 yuan per year for 3 years.
6. Assist in resolving the issue of transferring myself, my spouse, and their underage children to Shenzhen, and assist in resolving the issue of their children's enrollment in compulsory education;
7. During the period of working at the station, it will be counted as length of service in our hospital, and can participate in the evaluation of professional titles in the hospital, and enjoy the same other welfare benefits as employees. When leaving the station, priority will be given to staying in the hospital for work;
Postdoctoral researchers are entitled to the same benefits as regular employees, including annual assessment bonuses, year-end bonuses, horizontal project rewards, patent application rewards, and meal allowances;
9. The current postdoctoral policies of the Advanced Institute are based on documents issued by Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City. If there are changes in talent policies at the provincial and municipal levels in the future, the postdoctoral policies of the Advanced Institute will also be adjusted accordingly.
