Job Description:
1、 Team Introduction
The Research Center for Intelligent Medical Materials and Devices (hereinafter referred to as the "Smart Materials Center"), established in August 2021, is a research unit under the Biomedical and Health Engineering Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenzhen Advanced Technology Research Institute, focusing on intelligent medical materials. The Intelligent Materials Center is oriented towards the major needs of neurological and cardiovascular diseases, focusing on key scientific issues in medical materials. It develops and constructs multifunctional new concept materials and adaptive biological devices that promote the regeneration, repair, and functional reconstruction of soft tissues such as nerves and blood vessels, achieving deep cross fusion from "material intelligence" to "intelligent medicine" and providing new theoretical and technical support for the development needs of intelligent materials in the field of life and health. The representative achievements of the Intelligent Materials Center in the past five years have been published in high-level academic journals such as Science Advances, Matter, Device, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, and National Science Review. It has undertaken various competitive projects at all levels, including the National Key Research and Development Program "Key Scientific Problems of Transformational Technologies", the National Natural Science Foundation Excellent Youth Fund, the Guangdong Innovation Team, and the Shenzhen Peacock Team.

2、 Research direction
Focusing on the research of regeneration, repair, and functional reconstruction of soft tissues such as nerves and blood vessels, developing related technologies for intelligent medical materials and wearable implant devices.
3、 Specific requirements for postdoctoral positions
（1） Job requirements
1. Has obtained or is about to obtain a doctoral degree;
2. Passionate about scientific research, diligent and hardworking, with good teamwork spirit and communication and coordination skills;
3. Relevant professional fields such as materials, chemistry, biology, medicine, and biomedical engineering;
4. Priority will be given to research experience and achievements in the fields of biomimetic intelligent materials, stimulus responsive polymers, bioelectronics, neural interface devices, tissue engineering, sensors and software drivers, or implantable/wearable biological devices;
5. Good English reading, writing, and communication skills, with at least one SCI paper published in an internationally renowned journal as a first author.

1. Salary: employment period of two years, comprehensive annual salary of 300000 to 450000 yuan/year (including provincial and municipal subsidies);
Among them, those who pass the proposal and mid-term assessment will enjoy an annual postdoctoral living allowance of 60000 yuan (totaling 120000 yuan for two years) from the Shenzhen Municipal Government.

During the station period, one can apply for the "Dean Postdoctoral Selection Special Program" and receive a third year subsidy of 200000 yuan per selected candidate. They can also apply for the city's postdoctoral apartment, talent housing, or a one-time housing subsidy of 20000 yuan, and receive the "Dean Postdoctoral Selection Special Support Certificate".
6. After leaving the station, you can apply for the Shenzhen Postdoctoral Research Support Program and receive a research grant of 100000 yuan per year for a total of 3 years.
