4. Responsible for providing professional knowledge and experimental operation training to R&D team members; Analyze the problems encountered during the R&D process and provide feasible guidance

Responsible for the preparation and revision of technical documents related to project patents, project applications, etc; Responsible for organizing project process data, database updates, document templates, project phase summaries, papers, and other materials in accordance with R&D management standards

Job requirements:
1. Doctoral degree. I have relevant research experience in the synthesis, modification, processing and application of polymer materials, and have a deep theoretical foundation in polymer theory. I am proficient in the relationship between the structure and properties of polymer materials
2. More than 6 years of experience in R&D management in well-known domestic and foreign enterprises, with the ability to independently or lead teams to complete major R&D projects or project incubation
3. Experience with the following is preferred:
① Experience in the synthesis, modification, and processing of special polymers such as fluorinated chlorinated polymers, LCP, PI, TPU, PA, PEN, etc., especially functional films involving these polymers are preferred
② Experience in synthesizing and modifying functional polymers such as polymer masterbatch, interface compatibilizers, and special adhesives
③ Experience in functional thin films or multi-layer co extruded films in related fields such as new energy, 5G communication industry, electronic components, etc
