Job Description:
I. Post responsibilities
1. Design and develop motion control algorithms, such as trajectory planning, path optimization, force control, position and speed control, to ensure the accuracy and stability of the control system.
2. Dynamic modeling and simulation analysis of the control system are carried out to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the control algorithm.
3. Build an experimental platform to verify and optimize the motion control system, and debug the hardware devices and sensor interfaces.
4. Analyze the experimental data, evaluate the performance of the motion control system, and optimize the system to meet the project requirements.
5. Participate in the projects and tasks of relevant teams, and cooperate with other researchers and engineers to achieve research and development goals.

II. Job Requirements
1. Doctoral degree obtained at home and abroad in the past three years, mechanical engineering, control engineering, electrical engineering, robotics, automation and other related fields are preferred.
2. Experience in motion control system, robot control, servo control, path planning, dynamic modeling and other related research.
3. Proficient in C/C + +, Python, MATLAB and other programming languages, able to design and simulate motion control algorithms.
4. Have a solid knowledge of linear algebra, calculus, optimization, dynamics and other mathematics, and be able to model and analyze complex control algorithms.
5. Have rich experience in experimental projects, and have the ability to independently design experiments, build test environments and analyze data.
