Introduction to Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base: Century Securities Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base (hereinafter referred to as the "Base") serves as a high-level talent training platform, strategic and business research support, and a link for external cooperation and exchange. It will focus on the development of the capital market, regional financial industry reform and opening up, and securities company business practice and innovation to create company research characteristics, establish a sound talent training system, and provide assistance for high-quality business development
1、 Basic conditions
1. Possess good political and ideological qualities and moral standards, abide by Chinese laws, and have no illegal or disciplinary violations
2. In principle, under the age of 35 (inclusive), in good health
3. Postdoctoral researchers who have obtained a doctoral degree domestically or internationally in the past three years (not earlier than 2022), or who will be graduating with a doctoral degree in 2025 (with a certificate issued by the doctoral training unit indicating that they can obtain the doctoral degree before entering the station), as well as postdoctoral researchers who have graduated from other postdoctoral station units
4. Possess professional backgrounds that are the same or similar to the research topic, such as finance, economics, law, management (including human resources), science, engineering (strategic emerging industries, fintech related fields), Marxist theory, etc
5. Possess the conditions to engage in postdoctoral research work full-time at this base

7. Under the same conditions, PhDs from overseas or with relevant professional experience are preferred. (1) Research on Party Building Work in Securities Companies
Comprehensively deepen and strengthen the Party's overall leadership, study the latest theoretical achievements and practical applications of the Party, analyze how Party building work leads the construction of industry culture, and explore how Party building work can be deeply integrated with corporate governance, business development, and social responsibility
(2) Research on the Construction of Prosperity Strategy for the Equity Market Industry
Based on macroeconomic factors, policy support, and industry development trends, analyze the impact of factors such as supply and demand, costs, and prices on the industry from the perspective of the industry chain. According to national funding standards, 1:1 funding support will be provided, with a maximum of 300000 yuan
4.
