Job Description:
1、 Unit Introduction
Guangdong Xinhui CIMC Special Transport Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinhui CIMC") was established in 2003. It is a diversified enterprise with container manufacturing as its main business, spanning IDC, power and energy equipment, environmental water treatment, industrial aquaculture and other fields. It is an important innovation incubation base for CIMC Group's layout in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, and also a leading enterprise in the special container industry.
Xinhui CIMC is committed to becoming a global leader and innovator in containerized transportation solutions and integrated equipment solutions. It has two world champion products, 53 feet and folding boxes, and has applied for over 500 patents. Currently, it has 43 invention patents, 170 utility model patents, and 12 trademarks.
Since 2016, Xinhui CIMC has established a postdoctoral innovation practice base based on South China University of Technology, jointly recruiting and training postdoctoral researchers. The main focus is on conducting forward-looking, innovative, and systematic research on major topics, solving major problems in enterprise production, construction, and management, and providing theoretical basis and technical support for promoting high-quality development of enterprises.
2、 Recruitment Information
(1) Application requirements
1. Generally, obtaining a doctoral degree should not exceed 3 years, or for recent doctoral students who are about to obtain a doctoral degree, they should have a background in electronic information, computer science, automation, robotics, artificial intelligence, and electromechanical engineering, and be under 35 years old in principle.
2. The applicant must engage in postdoctoral research full-time, with a relatively stable research direction, strong research ability, and professional dedication; Master the cutting-edge trends in the field and have the ability to independently carry out and organize scientific research work.
3. Possess strong language and written expression skills, English reading ability, and teamwork spirit.
During the pursuit of a doctoral degree, there is a close connection between the doctoral thesis and the selected research topic. Priority consideration will be given to applicants with relevant work experience, industry background, significant scientific research achievements, or practical project experience in artificial intelligence related fields.
(2) Topic selection direction
The topic for the recruitment of postdoctoral fellows at the South China University of Technology Guangdong Xinhui CIMC Special Transport Equipment Co., Ltd. Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base is artificial intelligence and its applications. Applicants can choose to apply from the following research directions. 1. Research and development of real-time visual measurement system for incoming dimensions of container stamping parts
2. Research and development of engineering drawing understanding and matching technology based on artificial intelligence

5、 Related benefits
(1) Salary and benefits
The total income provided by the postdoctoral innovation practice base for postdoctoral researchers is 420000-480000 yuan, including:
(1) The company provides salaries and benefits higher than those of recent doctoral graduates who joined during the same period, with a pre tax rate of no less than 200000 yuan per year.
(2) Jiangmen Talent Policy: Provide a living allowance of 200000 yuan per year for a period of 2 years; The company assists postdoctoral researchers in handling the procedures, which will be paid by the local government.
(3) According to the actual assessment and participation in the project, scientific research subsidies or rewards of 20000 to 80000 yuan per year will be issued.
(2) Life security
After entering the station, postdoctoral researchers sign labor contracts and enjoy the salary, five insurances and one fund, scientific research rewards, daily benefits, and other relevant company official personnel benefits (including paid annual leave, birthday condolences, employee canteen, commuter bus, regular physical examination and other welfare benefits in accordance with national regulations) as stipulated in the "Postdoctoral Management Work Regulations" and "New Association CIMC Postdoctoral Work Management Measures" issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee, and are entitled to talent apartments and dormitories provided by the company. After entering the station, the training unit assists in handling household registration, temporary residence procedures for spouses and minor children, and assists in handling related matters such as children's enrollment in daycare and school. Spouse employment follows the principle of two-way selection, and suitable positions are given priority within the unit based on the spouse's situation (educational background, employment direction, etc.), while recommending to relevant employers in Jiangmen City.
(3) Research support
The company provides sufficient project funding and good research conditions, and encourages and supports postdoctoral personnel to apply for the National Postdoctoral Science Foundation, National Natural Science Foundation, and other relevant national and local subsidies. Enjoy the benefits of transforming scientific research achievements during the station period, and special rewards will be given to postdoctoral researchers who have made significant technological breakthroughs and outstanding contributions. Overseas returning PhDs can apply for the Guangdong Province Talent Support Program (600000 yuan for two years)
(4) Reserved for outbound use
(1) The training period for postdoctoral researchers is 2 years. Those who successfully complete research tasks, demonstrate outstanding performance, and are willing to be retained during the training period will renew their labor contract with the company after the end of the training period and can be recognized as senior engineers. The length of service of postdoctoral personnel during their tenure will be included in the continuous calculation.
(2) Jiangmen City's talent policy: Postdoctoral fellows under the age of 40 who leave the station full-time will receive a living allowance of 200000 yuan and a housing subsidy of 200000 yuan.
(3) If it is a shortage of talents introduced, combined with the positioning and development needs of the position, they will devote themselves to CIMC's business with an annual salary of 500000 to 1 million yuan.
