Job Description:
The postdoctoral research workstation of Guangzhou Saijun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2023, and is now open to the public to recruit 1-2 postdoctoral researchers. The relevant matters are described as follows:
I. Conditions for Recruitment of Personnel
(1) Supporting the leadership of the Communist Party of China, supporting the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, abiding by discipline and law, having good conduct, having no record of violations of law and discipline or other situations that are not suitable for working at workstations.
(2) In good health, postdoctoral applicants should generally be under the age of 35 and have obtained a doctoral degree for no more than three years.
(3) Having relevant professional background in biology, medicine and pharmacy, as well as strong scientific research ability and rich project experience.
(4) Be able to carry out research work in this station.
2. Proposed postdoctoral research projects
The postdoctoral workstation of Guangzhou Saijun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. intends to set up research topics around stem cell research. Applicants can determine specific research topics with their tutors according to their own research directions and ideas.
Direction 1: Mechanism research and application of mesenchymal stem cells
Direction 2: Mechanism research and application of pluripotent stem cells
Direction 3: Mechanism research and application of other stem cells
III. Number of Postdoctoral Recruitment and Related Treatment
(I) The postdoctoral workstation of Guangzhou Saijun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. plans to recruit 1-2 postdoctoral researchers in 2024.
(II) During the period of working in the station, the postdoctoral personnel shall enjoy the salary, welfare and other relevant benefits in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the company. The annual salary is about 300000 to 420000 yuan per year before tax, and the five insurance and one fund are purchased according to relevant regulations.
(3) In accordance with the relevant provisions of Guangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on the Measures for the Implementation of Post-doctoral Management Services in Guangzhou, the living allowance for post-doctoral personnel at the station is 180000 per person per year for a period of 2 years (the living allowance is applied to post-doctoral personnel with the assistance of the company);
During the period of postdoctoral personnel in the station, the municipal finance provided a one-time subsidy of 200000 yuan for each postdoctoral research project. (This part refers to the municipal financial funds, and the company can assist postdoctoral personnel to apply for municipal financial subsidies for scientific research projects in accordance with relevant documents and departmental regulations).
(IV) If the postdoctoral personnel work full-time in municipal enterprises and institutions, sign a labor contract (employment agreement) for more than three years within one year after the expiration of the time limit, or start their own businesses in our city within one year after the expiration of the time limit, the municipal finance will give 300,000 yuan of resettlement allowance, which will be paid in two phases; each postdoctoral personnel can only enjoy one resettlement allowance in our city.

(1) Professor Li Shiyue
The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, Department of Respiratory Medicine, Chief Physician, Professor, Master of Medicine, Doctoral Tutor. He graduated from the Medical Department of Guangzhou Medical College in 1980 and received a master's degree in respiratory medicine in 1991. From 1997 to 1999, he was sent to the United States as a visiting scholar. He is good at the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases and has rich clinical experience, especially in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases through bronchoscopy. Including respiratory intervention, lung cancer, diffuse lung disease, pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchopneumonia, bronchial asthma, bronchial tuberculosis, tracheal stenosis, bronchospasm, bronchiectasis, bronchial foreign body, spontaneous pneumothorax, diffuse panbronchiolitis, etc. Chairman of Guangzhou Respiratory Society, Member of Provincial Respiratory Society, Member of Bronchoscopy Group of Chinese Respiratory Society, Vice President of Guangzhou Respiratory Health Research Institute.
(2) Dr Ngan Sun-hing
Doctor of Stem Cell and Tissue Engineering, Sun Yat-sen University. He has many years of experience in stem cell basic research and industrial development, and has a deep understanding of MSC production process development, production and quality system construction. He has participated in many projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and published many research papers. As the inventor of * * *, he has applied for and obtained many patents. The main research direction is the molecular mechanism of pluripotent stem cell differentiation and the screening of MSC subsets for clinical application. The in-depth research directions include: (1) the role of Nestin in human development and the important role of Nestin in the maintenance of stem cell traits; (2) the interaction between MSC and inflammatory factors. We prospectively studied the transcriptome changes of MSC under the action of different inflammatory factors, and found that there were significant differences in the change patterns of MSC expression profiles affected by different inflammatory factors. Through bioinformatics screening of key genes, we found a new mechanism of MSC regulating immune cells.
