Job Description:
Knowledge and skills required for the position
1. Semiconductor industry experience or optical industry experience
2. Good communication skills and team spirit
3. Strictly abide by the 6S rules of the semiconductor industry and comply with safety regulations
4. Optics related equipment/process experience
5. Practical operation or development experience of ion beam, etching and deposition related equipment
6. Experience in repair and maintenance of mechanical or electronic systems
7. Experience in SEM, TEM, EDS and other analytical techniques
8. Ability to work in high pressure environment, multi-tasking ability
Job responsibilities of demand personnel
1. Responsible for ion beam/reactive ion beam etching process development
2. Responsible for troubleshooting, analysis and maintenance of ion beam/reactive ion beam system
3. Responsible for process integration and process development of ion beam/reactive ion beam etching with other systems (e.g., chemical vapor deposition, inductively coupled plasma etching)
4. To guide the process and hardware development direction of ion beam/reactive ion beam system.
5. Collaborate with other departments as part of a larger project team to provide technical solutions to complex engineering problems
6. Use their professional depth and innovation ability to put forward ideas to deal with problems from the direction of equipment/material/technology/process.
7. Provide technical guidance and training to other members of the team
