Job Description:

1. Responsible for in-depth research on target biology, signaling pathways, drug action mechanisms, and in vivo and in vitro molecular evaluation models related to autoimmune diseases, respiratory system diseases, kidney diseases, and other diseases, providing scientific basis and technical breakthroughs for constructing in vivo and in vitro molecular evaluation models based on disease biological characteristics, physiological environment, and target activity;
2. Develop in vivo and in vitro pharmacological molecular characterization strategies based on the biological characteristics of the target;
3. Responsible for analyzing and solving problems in the research process of protein expression and purification, protein crystal structure analysis, molecular interactions, etc., integrating multiple technical means to promote target biology research, and providing target structure and functional basis for drug development;
4. Actively interact with pharmaceutical and toxicology teams, establish a molecular comprehensive evaluation perspective, and explore project differentiation advantages;
5. Responsible for providing personalized solutions for in vitro and in vivo pharmacological research in the PCC screening stage, IND stage, and clinical stage indications expansion;
6. Participate in collaborative translational medicine research teams, drug chemistry, pharmacokinetics, toxicology, and intellectual property teams to jointly develop intellectual property strategic layout strategies;
7. Participate in project nomination and evaluation, PCC determination, and dynamic evaluation of project value;
8. Participate in the development and maintenance of external R&D platforms, coordinate and integrate internal and external resources, and ensure that research risks are controllable and key milestones are completed on time;
9. Participate in the continuous development and iteration of pharmacological technology capacity building, research standards and templates, processes and systems;
10. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the superior leaders of the Translational Medicine Center.
Qualifications for the position:
1. PhD in pharmacology, basic medicine, biophysics, structural biology, biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, and related fields.
2. PhD graduates or above, with a deep understanding of research methods for target structure and physiological function, as well as the evaluation and construction of disease-related in vitro and in vivo models. Candidates with experience in autoimmune, respiratory, and renal disease pharmacology research are preferred.
3. Research experience in protein science, including structural design, molecular cloning, protein expression, protein purification, X-ray crystallography, nuclear magnetic resonance, SPR, ITC, etc;
4. Strong information research and insight, willing to share and communicate, with strong organizational and reporting abilities;
5. Having solid and comprehensive theoretical knowledge and experimental skills, clear work ideas, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
6. Having a strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and good professional ethics, as well as a strong awareness of standardized management.
