Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the planning, development and software system prototype testing of the company's X-ray testing project;
2. Participate in the architecture design of the team's intelligent detection application system based on X-ray and other modal detection methods;
3. Engaged in the development of intelligent detection application projects, including customer demand analysis, project establishment, system design, coding and other links;
4. Participate in defect detection based on X-ray intelligent detection project, such as industrial detection system image preprocessing (image enhancement, filtering), image analysis, etc.; be able to understand and analyze the pain points and priorities of related projects, develop practical and reliable solutions and deploy them to the ground;
5. Take the research Institute as the platform, abstract and condense the basic common problems of the intelligent detection projects of the company's business departments, and solve them based on traditional methods or in-depth learning methods.
Job requirements
1. Doctor in deep learning, machine learning, computer vision and other fields, with more than 3 years of working experience in algorithm engineers or visual inspection projects in related industrial fields; proficient in Python, familiar with C/C + +/C #/MATLAB and other development languages, with good code specifications and documentation capabilities;
2. Be able to use traditional methods to calculate and process images, and skillfully apply image processing tools such as OpenCV;
3. Proficient in in-depth learning theory and algorithm development, Pytorch/TensorFlow and other frameworks, with experience in object classification, target detection, semantic segmentation, target positioning, image enhancement, ReID and other machine vision fields based on CNN and Transformer architectures. Be good at flaw detection, small target detection, zero/small sample detection, etc.; be able to track the cutting-edge algorithms in the field of machine vision/deep learning according to business needs on this basis, apply appropriate algorithms to actual business scenarios, and iterate and optimize existing algorithms in actual scenarios;
4. Have a positive working attitude, have enthusiasm for intelligent detection work and projects; have good self-learning ability and independent thinking ability; have good communication skills and good team spirit. Good at thinking, clear thinking, conscientious and responsible work, rigorous and meticulous, able to analyze and solve problems independently.
