Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct company product research and development, and collaborate with the market for promotion
2. Assist in completing new product patent applications, writing technical papers, standards, etc
3. Participate in the company's technical planning, technical exchanges, consulting or review and other related work
Job requirements:
1. Doctoral degree holders, both recent and past graduates, under the age of 40
Majors related to electronics, communication, automation, semiconductors, etc
2. Experience in developing electronic components, component products, and atomic clock related products is preferred
3. Possess excellent R&D and execution capabilities, grasp industry technology development trends and business development directions, and have unique insights into key technologies
4. Possess good academic ethics and a rigorous scientific attitude, a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, and a proactive and innovative spirit
