Job description:
Under the guidance of the department, the R&D personnel within the leadership group shall comply with the company's and the R&D department's various rules and regulations
Assist the department head in developing the department's annual training plan and organize R&D personnel to participate in safety, business, and other training
Responsible for conducting preliminary research on projects submitted by the department, researching literature, designing synthesis routes and process optimization plans, and implementing them according to the plan after approval
Responsible for rational allocation of personnel and equipment within the team, timely resolution of project technical issues, and improvement of work efficiency
Responsible for the correct use and maintenance of equipment and instruments in this group, preventing unauthorized operations, eliminating safety hazards, and conducting performance evaluations
Assist in the production and submission of fixed asset increase and decrease reports for our department
Responsible for the production and submission of progress reports on the process research and development work of this project team
Responsible for developing specific technology transfer plans for our team's projects, organizing R&D personnel to participate in scaling up production, resolving process issues that arise, and promoting the smooth progress of technology transfer
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Job requirements:
1. Doctoral degree in organic chemistry, chemistry, or related fields
2. 1 year or more experience in organic synthesis
4. Experience in project management or leading teams to participate in project development
5. Solid professional knowledge in organic synthesis, fine chemicals, chemical processes, or pharmaceutical engineering
6. Have excellent leadership and project planning skills, motivating the team and leading them to complete projects on time
