The postdoctoral research workstation of Guangzhou Saijun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2023 and is now open to the public to recruit 1-2 postdoctoral researchers. The relevant matters are explained as follows:
1、 Personnel recruitment conditions

（1） Guangzhou Saijun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. plans to recruit 1-2 postdoctoral researchers for the postdoctoral workstation in 2024
（2） During their tenure at the station, postdoctoral fellows are entitled to salaries, benefits, and other related benefits in accordance with relevant national and company regulations. The annual pre tax salary is about 300000 to 42000 yuan per year, and the five insurances and one housing fund are purchased according to relevant regulations
（3） According to the Implementation Measures for Postdoctoral Management Services in Guangzhou issued by the Guangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, postdoctoral personnel are entitled to an annual living allowance of 180000 yuan per person at the station, with a funding period of 2 years (the living allowance is applied for by the company with the assistance of the company)
During the postdoctoral period, the municipal finance will provide a one-time funding of 200000 yuan for each postdoctoral research project. (This section refers to the municipal financial funds, and the company can assist postdoctoral personnel in applying for municipal financial subsidies for scientific research project funds in accordance with relevant documents and departmental regulations.)

With years of experience in basic research and industrial development of stem cells, I have a deep understanding of MSC production process development, production, and quality system construction. The main research direction is the molecular mechanism of pluripotent stem cell differentiation and the screening of MSC subpopulations for clinical applications.
