1、 We plan to recruit 6 doctoral students in the following directions.
Research direction 1: Key technology of lock-in amplification for high-sensitivity TDLAS gas sensing
Aiming at the key technology of gas sensing with high sensitivity, high reliability, and anti cross interference, and meeting the requirements of TDLAS gas sensing and detection equipment, efficient tunable laser wavelength scanning signal lock-in amplification technology is studied; Develop a phase-locked amplifier signal processing module for fast demodulation of weak signals, to achieve accurate, fast, and reliable detection of gases such as CH4, C2H6, C2H4, C2H2, HF, HCl, HCN, H2S, NH3, CO, O2, NOx, etc., solving the problems of traditional electrochemical sensors in gas cross interference, repeatability, reliability, and service life.
Research Direction 2: Key Technologies for Multi component Gas Laser Raman Analysis Based on SERS
Focusing on the key technology of quantitative synchronous detection of multi-component mixed gas types and concentrations, and meeting the demand for online high-end gas analysis equipment, efficient SERS enhanced fiber Raman probe technology is studied. A Raman spectroscopy excitation and acquisition analysis system for gases is developed to achieve qualitative and quantitative synchronous detection of hydrocarbon gases such as CH4, C2H6, C2H4, C3H8, as well as multi-component mixed gases such as CO2, CO, NH3, H2S, SO2, N2, O2, H2, breaking through the bottleneck of gas analysis technology in industrial processes such as petroleum, natural gas, petrochemical, and coal chemical industries, and solving the industry difficulty of online gas intelligent analysis.
Research direction 3: Key technologies for mid infrared micro multi gas sensors based on NDIR
In response to the key technologies of miniaturization, low power consumption, and multi-target gas sensors, and the huge demand for gas sensors in industrial scenarios such as petrochemicals, natural gas, and metallurgy, research is being conducted on high-precision, high stability, and long-life mid infrared gas sensing technology. A miniaturized mid infrared gas sensor based on the NDIR sensing principle is developed to achieve the integration of mid infrared optical control and infrared detectors, breaking through the technical difficulties of large size and low integration degree of traditional infrared detectors. High reliability sensing and detection of hydrocarbon gases such as CH4, C2H6, C2H4, C2H2, C3H8, as well as gases such as CO, CO2, SF6, refrigerants, etc., are being completed. The shortcomings of traditional sensors such as low reliability, susceptibility to poisoning, and short life in industrial applications such as semiconductors, catalytic combustion, and electrochemistry are being overcome. Research direction 4: Key technologies of MEMS gas sensors based on nano gas sensing materials
In response to the development trend of low-power, array based, and intelligent gas sensors, mature MEMS preparation and packaging processes and nano thin film gas sensing materials are combined to achieve low-power, low-cost, high sensitivity, easy integration, and large-scale MEMS multi gas sensor development. This enables the detection of gases such as CH4, H2S, C2H6O, H2, CO, CH2O, etc., solving the problems of high power consumption, large size, and unstable preparation process of traditional chip structure MOS gas sensors. It provides convenient high-performance miniaturized gas sensor chips for intelligent gas detection in industries such as smart homes, smart gas, new energy vehicles, and hydrogen energy.
Research Direction 5: Key Technologies for Intelligent Gas Online Detection and Analyzer
In response to the market demand for online gas intelligent detection and analysis in industrial sites, core technologies such as big data intelligent algorithms, wireless communication, long endurance, and multi-target integration are developed. A specialized equipment for intelligent online gas detection and analysis is developed to achieve functions such as anti gas cross interference, wireless signal transmission, mobile power supply, and multi gas online real-time monitoring, providing a solution for rapid online gas detection and analysis in industrial processes.
