Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the establishment of the company's independent research and development project for molecular beam epitaxy materials, and be responsible for the specific implementation of related research and development projects
2. Based on customer needs, conduct research and development of molecular beam epitaxy technology, explore structural design, and develop an epitaxial growth process route. Develop a complete process flow for trial production and generate epitaxial growth programs
3. According to project requirements, complete mass production import, work with the process engineering team to certify new products, and conduct risk assessments on the developed processes
4. Develop new yield targets for existing mass-produced products, optimize growth conditions, and continuously improve their quality and repeatability
5. Responsible for optimizing the company's existing processes related to molecular beam epitaxy growth and testing, and improving existing processes
6. Transform the new materials and processes developed by the company into nationally certified intellectual property, such as writing and applying for relevant patents
7. Effective management of external development, process implementation, and related documents
Qualifications:
1. A doctoral degree in physics, microelectronics, materials science, or related fields, and an excellent master's degree may also be considered
2. Having a basic knowledge of semiconductor materials and semiconductor physics, with academic or research background in the epitaxial growth or similar processes of arsenides, phosphides, antimonides
3. Direct experience in MBE or MOCVD material growth, with PHEMT/HBT/APD/QWIP growth experience preferred. Experience using Riber/Veeco devices is preferred
4. Having relevant knowledge and independently operating typical epitaxial testing equipment such as PL, HR-XRD,SurfScan,Sheet Resistance, ECV, Hall
5. Understand common material analysis methods such as SEM, TEM, SIMS
6. Have certain logical judgment and data statistical analysis skills, possess FMEA, 8D, SPC, DOE skills, familiar with commonly used analysis tools in the semiconductor industry such as Tableau, Microsoft Office Excel, etc
7. Having independent research thinking, strong research abilities, communication skills, and team spirit
8. Proficient English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
