Cell culture direction 1
Proficient in molecular biology, cell biology (cell engineering, flow cytometry, drug screening), enzymology (content development), immunology (experience related to T cells, B cells, NK cells), experience in the development of biological products and nanomedicine, routine experimental techniques in proteomics, experience in in in vitro pharmacology and target dependent drug screening is preferred
Cell culture direction 2
1. Research background in cell biology, pharmacology, biophysics, and neurobiology
2. Experience in in in vitro cell culture, familiar with HEK293 and CHO cell culture work
3. Experience in primary culture of cardiomyocytes, neurons, and stem cells
Experience in the development of biological products and nanomedicine, routine proteomics experimental techniques, in vitro pharmacology, and target dependent drug screening is preferred
Electrophysiological direction
1. Mainly responsible for topics related to biological cells and electrophysiology; Independently explore, establish, and validate experimental methods during the research process of the project
2. Independently analyze and summarize experimental data, and write a summary report
3. Major in physiology/pharmacology/neurobiology or related fields, with a background in electrophysiology and experimental foundation in recording ion channel targeted electrophysiology
4. Experience in culturing and inducing differentiation of neurons and multifunctional stem cells
5. Proficient in patch clamp related experiments, primary culture, cell culture, immunofluorescence and other experimental techniques
Direction of organoids
1. Mainly responsible for building organoid platforms; Having rich experience in organoid culture and exploring, establishing, and validating experimental methods for different organoids
2. Independently analyze and summarize experimental data, and write a summary report
3. Experience in isolating and culturing multifunctional stem cells, embryonic stem cells, and inducing organoid differentiation
4. Proficient in experimental techniques for in vitro drug screening and toxicity testing using organoids as models
High throughput drug screening direction
1. Engaged in high-throughput screening of drug target proteins such as GPCRs, ion channels, nucleic acid receptors, or kinases
2. Experience in in in vitro cell culture, familiar with HEK293 and CHO cell culture work
3. Familiar with conventional high-throughput drug screening methods, such as QPCR, WB, ELISA, Cell growth inhibition, cellular physiological function testing, FLIPR, cAMP, etc.
4. Proficient in cell membrane extraction, with experience in isotope related experimental research and practical operation preferred
Protein expression direction:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or majors related to biology
2. Experience in insect/mammalian/yeast cell culture, familiar with rod-shaped virus preparation, amplification, and protein expression optimization processes
3. Molecular cloning, gene mutation and other molecular biology experiments
4. Large scale expression, purification, and analysis of recombinant proteins (including antibodies) in prokaryotic (E. coli) and eukaryotic (insect and mammalian cells) expression systems
5. Establishment and screening of stable cell lines
6. Strictly follow the laboratory's SOP and accurately and timely record according to requirements
7. Be able to summarize and analyze experimental data results in a simple way
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in biochemistry and molecular biology, structural biology, cell biology, or other biology related majors
2. Possess knowledge of modern molecular biology and cell biology, including molecular cloning, cell culture, protein expression and purification, and other related technologies
3. Experience in using LC-MS/MS, AKTA, and BIACORE is preferred
4. Experience with CRISPR-Cas9 is preferred
5. Possess excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
6. Possess independent work ability and good teamwork spirit
