Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for building the molecular diagnostic research and development team, including personnel recruitment, training, motivation, and assessment;
2. Understand the development trends of the molecular diagnostics market and discipline, formulate the company's product development plan and research and development goals based on the company's strategic objectives, organize and implement project development plans, technically organize, coordinate, implement, and supervise project situations, comprehensively grasp technical quality, and ensure the company's core competitiveness in products and technology;
3. Responsible for the production, transformation, and subsequent technical support of molecular diagnostic products, as well as the writing and updating of relevant system documents;
4. Review and evaluate the company's new technologies, projects, and platforms, and cooperate with the company's diagnostic materials department to screen, evaluate, and assess new product materials and competitors;
5. Complete other related tasks arranged by the company leadership.
Qualifications for the position:
1. PhD degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, or related fields;
2. More than 5 years of experience in product development in molecular biology or related industries, with independent and collaborative development capabilities, familiar with mainstream molecular diagnostic technology platforms (QPCR, digital PCR, second-generation sequencing, third-generation sequencing, nucleic acid mass spectrometry, etc.), proficient in at least one of them;
3. Having a solid theoretical foundation in molecular biology and excellent experimental skills in molecular biology;
4. Passionate about the biopharmaceutical industry, with a sense of career and responsibility, able to think independently, discover and solve problems, and possessing a rigorous research attitude;
5. Having good communication, coordination, and team management skills, with long-term overseas work experience or excellent English communication skills preferred;
6. Familiar with ISO 13485 quality management system and relevant regulations for in vitro diagnostic product development, familiar with the new product application and registration process is preferred
