1、 Introduction to research team and direction
The High Power Chip Heat Dissipation Technology Research Group of Graphene Thermal Management Technology Research Center is based on the high-level research and development platform of Peking University and Beijing Graphene Research Institute, focusing on the research and development of high-performance thermal management systems. The goal is to seize the high ground of graphene based thermal management technology, ensure the sustainable development of the field of thermal management materials, mainly targeting the demand for three-dimensional high thermal conductivity graphene films in high-power chips, cultivate advanced thermal conductivity material and device research and development teams, and create an efficient production base for thermal management graphene film materials and thermal conductivity chips. The research group focuses on cultivating and improving the abilities of team members, actively collaborating with domestic and foreign research groups and well-known enterprises to promote the industrial application of graphene based thermal management technology. The main research directions of the research group are: (1) studying the configuration relationship between the microstructure and thermal conductivity of graphene, and (2) exploring the application of graphene in high-power chips.
2、 Introduction to Beijing Graphene Research Institute
Beijing Graphene Research Institute (BGI) is one of the earliest approved new research and development institutions by the Beijing Municipal Government. It was led by Peking University and jointly funded by the Beijing Municipal Government and social capital. It was registered and established on October 25, 2016, and officially unveiled for operation on October 25, 2018.
BGI is committed to building a world leading research and development highland and innovation and entrepreneurship base for graphene new materials, aiming at the future graphene industry, conducting comprehensive research and development of graphene basic and core industrialization technologies, and promoting the healthy and rapid development of China's graphene industry. In the next 10 years, BGI plans to invest a total of 5 billion yuan and have a research and development team of 1000 people.
BGI is located in Cuihu Science and Technology Park, Zhongguancun, Haidian District, Beijing. Since its establishment, BGI has developed rapidly and currently has two research and development buildings with a total area of 20000 square meters and nearly 200 personnel; There are 5 core research departments, 1 equipment R&D center, 1 quality testing center, 4 joint laboratories, and 7 enterprise R&D outsourcing centers. Established "Incubation Capital Co., Ltd.", raised 500 million yuan in industrial incubation funds, and cooperated with the National Graphene Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center to establish a Beijing branch to promote the development of graphene related standards and product testing work.

3、 Pending positions and job qualifications
Postdoctoral Fellow - Graphene Thermal Management Technology and Applications
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Research on the construction and structure-activity relationship of graphene three-dimensional network;
2. Exploration of the application of graphene in high-power chips;
3. Research and promotion of related products.
[Job Requirements]
1. Doctoral degree in materials science, chemistry, physics, electronics, mechanical engineering, or related fields;
2. Research experience in CVD graphene, reduced graphene oxide, or other carbon material synthesis, graphene characterization, molecular dynamics simulation, and finite element heat transfer analysis is preferred; Experience in the synthesis, characterization, and computational research of nitride or other semiconductor thin film materials is preferred.
3. Strong interest and pursuit in innovative research and product development, responsible, good at learning, possessing good communication and writing skills, strong logical thinking ability, excellent hands-on and problem-solving skills.
