Job Description:
Main research content:
① Theoretical study on the main influencing factors of contact resistance. The degree of influence of environmental temperature, contact pressure, contact surface condition (such as surface roughness, deposition of metal oxides, silicon, carbon, plastic foreign objects, icing, etc.), contact condition, contact material, etc. on contact resistance, and the contribution of each factor
② The dynamic variation curve of contact resistance with load current and energization time
③ Analyze and predict the dynamic changes in contact resistance as the number of durability cycles increases and related factors change (such as contact pressure drop and surface contact state deterioration)
Topic objective:
① Deepen the research on contact resistance, quantify the contribution of influencing factors on the qualitative basis of traditional theory, calculate and simulate the change curve of contact resistance over time during a single contact based on given boundary conditions, and the change of contact resistance with increasing electrical durability times
② Based on relay test data, set boundary conditions, determine the main interference factors, improve simulation accuracy, and guide product design improvement to reduce contact resistance, enhance contact resistance stability, improve electrical durability, and meet customers' core demands for low and stable contact resistance and long service life
③ Through the above research, guide the production process, ensure the control of core elements, guarantee the stability and consistency of contact resistance of mass-produced products, improve the repeatability and reproducibility of testing, and enhance the contact resistance process capability and stability of the production line
④ Taking HFV19/V29 products as an example, the calculation and analysis accuracy error is within 10%
