• PhD graduate, with rich experience in the synthesis of organic/inorganic compounds or luminescent materials, strong interest in scientific research, willing to further study.
• Good English reading and writing skills, able to independently report work in English and read scientific and technical literature.
• Work hard, diligent, practical, self-disciplined.
• Priority is given to those who have published papers of academic value as the first author (including a joint work) or corresponding author.
• The term of postdoctoral work in the station is generally two years, after the expiration of the station on time.
Postdoctoral Salary:
• The comprehensive annual salary of postdocs is about 350,000 yuan, which is negotiable according to professional ability and work experience.
